Location was great, staff were fantastic, you can see they are slowly doing up the place but they have a long way to go, I booked 3 superior rooms however I only got two superior rooms and one very small room, the superior rooms were very very spacious, but this small room was very tiny
Lots of facilities around the hotel with things open 24 hours easy access around taskin Square
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

It's very nice, everything is accommodation, those who work with zelect are very The polite and respectful cafe section was very nice, the food was good Pretty. I didn't have a problem at breakfast, then I had to go to another country, thank you, the employees there help He did, I will come to Istanbul again, I will definitely come again, thank you for tima rehber

This was the second hotel we stayed at during our visit to Istanbul as we wanted to celebrate Eid in Taksim square area We stayed 2 nights had an awesome time Staff made sure we knew the location so we didn’t get lost they were very helpful We had 2 wheelchair users they helped us when we needed it The people around Taskim are very helpful it’s an ideal place to stay in a perfect location close to everything with 24/7 shops opened even the bakery was 24/7 Room was very spacious and very clean they had a kettle in the room and a restaurant downstairs where breakfast was also tea and coffee whenever needed even at 1am The guy also recommended us a restaurant for us to go and eat for Eid meal I would recommend this hotel

The worst experience I’ve ever experienced. I was shocked when I walked into a dirty room. There was water bottles and wrappers under the beds. The room had bed bugs and smelled absolutely horrible, it was hard to breathe. Once we found another hotel we were trying to check out and leave but the hotel staff would come outside and pay the taxi off to say no and leave us. We checked out 12 hours into our stay and still paid for all 5 days and they were still giving us a hard time with the taxis. Horrible customer service, NOT CLEAN, this place is a SCAM!

The place is located at the heart of the old town in Antalya. Really lovely place, the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly and make everything easy for you. The bed and room was cosy, nice and cool and the price was very affordable. The included breakfast was really nice. Would highly recommend!
