The owner was friendly, and the kids were cute. There was hot water, and they cleaned the room when you left. It's a family-run hotel. The location felt quite safe and it was easy to walk to tourist attractions. However, it is far from the station, so many people use taxis, and the front desk is empty except when checking in. The owner lives in a house across from the hotel, and the old man next door taught me to knock on the door if there was anything urgent.

I tried to contact ******* staff to inform them that i stayed only one night from Tuesday 12 to Wednesday 13 then I booked another hotel from my pocket .because the room was so tight . So I am asking for the refund . For any you can contact the owner of the hotel . Thank you

Booking made for three nights. We would arrive in Istanbul at three in the morning on the first night: they would let us in at 12l, not before, however since the amount of the first night is being treated... Booking miracles! Obviously changed hotel.
