The location is very good as it is in the old town. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean and the staff is very friendly. However, the bathroom door is slightly open, so it seems that it needs improvement in terms of personal privacy.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and these few fixed staff can fully understand your needs. But when I checked in one day, the shower room was leaking. After changing the room, the luggage rack in the cupboard was still broken. The facilities need to be improved, but the service is good. Overall, the room types in Istanbul are relatively small, but the facilities are complete. The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to the old city.

It is really a treasure hotel, elegant and exquisite, quiet in a bustling city, very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern, and it is worth recommending.
