Terrible stay. No soundproofing, unstable water temperature, mold and holes in the shower, torn floating floor, unsanitary, cobweb behind furniture, bidet squirting next to it, lack of toilet paper, no service at reception, view of a smashed window in the bottom of a brick hole, uncomfortable quilted mattress with too small sheet, drain of the air conditioner in the bathroom not washed, forced to open all the lights to open the one in the bathroom, day under the door, lack of hotel supplies.

We currently have 3 bedrooms. A bedroom in an almost unsanitary state, after reporting the light in this bedroom was repaired but the dirt caused by the work remained on the ground. A single window which overlooks a blind wall and residues of infiltration... The reception room also victim of infiltration, wallpaper peeled off. Important: breakfast is sorely lacking in cold drinks, at least water!! Reasonable prices, but not worth more.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend in October. Everything was fine until the last day. Prehistory: many wrote that they had a view of the wall of a neighboring house, we had the same (third floor). They climbed into our room on a wide board at night, broke the window when we were sleeping. It sounds very unbelievable, at first we also did not understand when we woke up at night, from the noise. But when they saw a wide stick and did not find a bag with money and passports, they were in a panic (I want to remind you that this happened at half past one in the night). We immediately ran to the reception, the administrator got up with us, began to explain that there was no point in calling the police. We were unable to reach the embassy at night. We were offered to move to another hotel, we urgently began to throw things into a suitcase. In another hotel, of course, we could not sleep. The next day we met with the director. We were escorted to the embassy, ​​as there were passports in the bag. The management returned the money to us and organized a transfer to the airport. Then our passports were returned to us in the evening the next day. They said that they ordered bars on the windows and they have this for the first time. They don’t just go away from this, the whole next day we were in shock, we didn’t sleep much at night either, we didn’t turn off the lights. Exhaustion is so-so from rest. Attaching a photo
