The staff are really patient and helpful！They helped us not only order the takeouts at night but also contact drivers who would deliver us to the airport for us. I am extremely appreciate！Without their help，I may miss the flight ultimately. In addition to their patience and help，the location of the hotel is quite good，closely to the independent street（one of the popular tourist destinations）within around 2-3mins walking distance. Meanwhile，the room we reserved is quite big and clean.

The service was very good. Our big car couldn't drive in. When the driver couldn't be found, someone at the front desk came out to help with the luggage. The suite was very clean. When you turn the corner, you'll find Independence Street. Shopping is very convenient!

The hotel is small and exquisite. The location is very good, but you can't get in by car. It only takes a minute or two to walk to Independence Street. It's very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. However, if there are people staying in our room on the first floor behind the front desk, there will be some noise. If you sleep well, it will not affect other noises. There is no room. It is spacious and comfortable. There is also a small balcony where you can smoke outside. The boss can communicate well in English and is very enthusiastic. He also took us to find our driver Zanzan.

In the alley behind Istiklal Street, it feels a bit deserted when you look for it at night, but it's okay during the day. The room is very good, spacious, and has everything you need. The front desk is also friendly, much better than the other hotel I stayed in before. Transportation is not very convenient if you only look at the subway. Taksim Station is the nearest. It takes some time to walk along Istiklal Street, but it's not difficult to walk because the roadside is busy. Istanbul's public transportation is very developed, so there is no need to only look at the subway.

I like this hotel very much. It's my first time in Istanbul. It's very convenient to stay here. It's safe nearby and there are a lot of places to eat. The boss is also very enthusiastic and speaks English. The room is a suite and very large. All in all a very good experience.

It is in the alley behind Independence Street, close to the street but very quiet at night. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will help with luggage, introduce the facilities in the room, and help contact the driver. The room is very clean and new.

I stayed in this hotel for more than a week and was very satisfied👍! The family-like feel, the location, environment, facilities and services are all very good and impeccable. If I have the chance to go to Istanbul next time, I will still choose this hotel!

超級超級推薦！位置非常方便，步行不到兩分鐘就到獨立大街最中心的地段，緊挨着zara。房間乾淨整潔，一應俱全，還能免費使用洗衣機，服務人員超級熱情耐心，在指路方面給我很大的幫助。最主要是在即便在很熱鬧的地段，鬧中取靜睡覺很安靜，太滿意了

地理位置絕佳，獨立大街步行幾分鐘，旁邊還有一個360 Istanbul景觀餐廳，非常方便。兩個房間尤其適合帶孩子的家庭，配有廚房、洗衣機，賓至如歸。前台老闆非常熱情，最後一天給延遲了半小時退房，還幫忙訂好出租車去機場，完美的體驗！五顆星推薦。

We reserved 3 rooms 402/302/202 on sep13 to 18..rooms are very clean comfortable Bedroom,separate living room open to full kitchen( stove,refrigerator,sink cabinet,cookware,dishes,glasses) nice size tv in LR,very clean with good size bathroom,,over all, all three rooms where very clean and very big bedroom has balcony,LR also with balcony..location..2 minute walking to ISTIKLAL street,yes 2 min. The front desk personnel where ABOVE excellent and friendly,even the old man In the front desk help us with luggage and refuse to take our tips…honesty and good services is their policy….one day we went out from 9am till 8pm and left our Safety Box open with over $1000 and credit 5 cards and 2 passports ,when we came back Nothing was missing not even small changes we left it ,where still their, the cleaning lady very friendly and honest..over all the room where excellent/front desk professionals and very very helpful,friendly,location was good..if we go back will Stay their again.

Great city, great location, great reception staff, great service staff, including Russian speakers. It’s quiet at night, despite the fact that there is a club next to the street and a minute’s walk to Istiklal Street. The rooms are cozy, clean, fresh, the kitchen is excellent, there is a dishwasher. I really liked it. Was there from 11/27/2023 to 12/03/2023.
