Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff we love it and we will definitely be back

The hotel was fair. However, the soundproof is not very good as I can hear the sound outside the corridor of people talking and the prayer sound outside. The breakfast though have limited choices but the taste of the food is fair. Also, it is required to check out before 12 which is a bit rush for me( I got a call to require me check out now in the hotel room while preparing to move out before 12)

English Review: “We hadn’t even checked in, and the receptionist was already pressuring us for a review, asking us to mention his name and give five stars, claiming he had upgraded our room. However, the room was in terrible condition: the hairdryer was broken, and the water was cold. They didn’t solve any of these issues, so for two nights, we had to go to sleep with wet hair in a cold room. Absolutely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Beware.” Spanish Review: “Ni siquiera habíamos hecho el check-in y el recepcionista ya nos estaba presionando para que dejáramos una reseña, pidiéndonos que mencionáramos su nombre y le diéramos cinco estrellas, diciendo que nos había mejorado la habitación. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones: el secador estaba roto y el agua salía fría. No solucionaron ninguno de estos problemas, así que durante dos noches tuvimos que dormir con el pelo mojado en una habitación fría. Absolutamente decepcionante, no lo recomendaría para nada. Cuidado.”

Strategic location, near to the metro. Staff there basically don’t really smile. Room kinda small. To Asians: take note that the air conditioner is warm air not cold air

I won't visit again to be honest.. They have a family room and they charge for any number past two guests which doesn't make any sense.. The family room have space for 4 ppl

The breakfast and cleaning are good. The toilet towels should need some upgrade—they are too old to feel clean. Otherwise, nice staff.

Nice small hotel in the old city of |Istanbul. Very helpful staff and good selection of foods at breakfast.

Location is good, near Grand bazaar but entrance is hidden in the backstreet, very small and difficult for taxi to enter. Room is very small, almost impossible to move around, bathroom was tiny, but clean. Breakfast is good , staffs in restaurants were very helpful. Housekeeping staffs were very kind and helpful. The receptionist who works in the morning was nice, the bellboys were helpful too and kind but the tall receptionist who works in the evening was so arrogant and rude. I cant borrow adaptor even just for 1 hour., can only buy it as he sells it. Need a taxi to airport he said can only use hotel car which cost 2x than normal taxi, didn't offer any other option. Kinda rude. I was supposed to get complimentary late check out included in my rate room but was asked to check out in the morning. The pillow weren't so good so I requested extra pillows.

Hotel was confortable and staff really friendly. Easy to get to the main spots in the old town and Beyoglu by tram. Breakfast selection was quite big and included in the price. However Trip.com indicated the hotel might receive is with fruits but the Hotel Management doesn’t have any idea of these deals.

The rooms was small. the towels were really old and damaged, the breakfast was good. The reception was kind of annoying trying to be too much friendly but this is my personal preference, some could find it nice.
