Remain one of the best to stay and to shop easy. I had requested in advance two connected rooms but they were not able to provide due the none availability at the time of our arrival. They had given those type of rooms to families with little children. This is fine for all but for me a bit less enjoyable. I had tried with the reception and the promised on the next day. I knew for sure they had the the second day but the issue if I may say was neglected and ignored. I had insisted and asked many times but the available rooms were not cleaned on time after the guests had left them.

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews and ratings and glad we did . We needed to be near the airport and wanted somewhere with good facilities. We wanted to relax but also have a really good gym and pool . The gym here is first class , very modern with all the latest equipment, the pool large , and a beautiful sitting ,relaxing environment around it . We both really had good workouts here that set us up for the day . It was my husband’s birthday when we stayed here and the hotel provided a lovely cake and fruit , thank u . Our room was very comfortable with a nice balcony to sit out on , immaculately clean and very quiet . My husband really enjoyed the breakfast there said there was a really good choice . I corresponded with Gulbahar a lot before we stayed at the hotel , she was always very quick to get back to me and ultra friendly and efficient . Getting into Istanbul is quite easy from this hotel , it’s just literally a straight motorway that doesn’t get congested , we did it quite a few times and it was nice to get back to the hotel out of Istanbul and relax . It’s in a nice area lots of restaurants and shops near . I’d really recommend this hotel especially if your flights arriving in Istanbul late or you just want a nice hotel to stay . We requested a late check out as we didn’t really want to leave and just enjoyed using the gym, pool area so much . Also there is a wonderful Swiss chocolate cafe on the ground floor there chocolates are all homemade and delicious thank you Valide for making sure we tried them . This is a kind hotel , very generous and giving and the manager should be proud of the great job he’s doing and his staff, we will return.

Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

It wasn’t planned for me to stay in Istanbul- Pendik for 45 days. Hotels are limited there. I tried few and couldn’t stay for more than a night. Miracle Hotel made me feel the coziness of a home and family. Where to start? Manager, Mr. Erdal Karakoç is unforgettable. He is everywhere anytime making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. He greets the guests everytime and would never say “I can’t help you”. There is always a solution to each problem. Also F&B manager Mr. Feret, he offered me his office for hours as I had some work to be done that needs a laptop and printer. As for the reception team, Mr. Kamal , Mr. Mostafa and every single staff working in the reception. They made my wishes come true and took the extra mile to help me with my personal tasks as I don’t speak Turkish. The only thing I wish the owners of the hotel would spend more on is renovation. The furniture needs an uplift. It doesn’t fit a 5 star hotel and the excellent service they offer. Thank you Miracle Hotel Team. I will definitely visit soon.

The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life as a host in almost everywhere in the world, my two young sons, because they are close to the airport. When you enter, let's get the sticks already 2 sons 3 bags I just passed into a hard room they wouldn't have greeted at the reception so much ... With a stupid system with 4 separate hotels ... Rooms!!!!!!!!!!! Stay on the door in the tent, cleaner and more comfortable!!!!!!!!! The toilet is already in dirt, rooms are all in hair, hair and dust ... sticks once again ... rooms are cold! Shit, shit, shit, shit, ..... We paid 3 persons for 1 handle I put it on his seat so I slept 3 hours room because I was trembling from the cold you say room to 3 people but a bed and a handle ... There is nothing ... We didn't get on the grounds, My children didn't even want to sleep for bastard. I waited at the beginning to keep them cold ... window edges are swept by the odour of cigarette cigarettes accumulated in glasses for weeks. There is no one staff to leave the morning key ... I have bags children even tortured to find a taxi with that stress ... nobody helped but nobody ON TYPE.. You don't feel like you are there .... I don't remember being so nervous in my life and being so stressed as a single mother

One of the best hotels that you can find in Istanbul, especially in the eastern part of the city, the staff are always smiling and very helpful and cooperative, and they do speak English. It is located in a beautiful and quiet area close to Sabiha airport (5 min. by taxi) so it is perfect for those who have a flight from there, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport. The room was pleasant and clean and the house service was exceptional. The price was very suitable and offer a much greater service quality compared to other hotels with the same price range. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, and a big mall (called via port) that has a lot of international and local brands. Would always recommend.

I have been hosting the flight from Sabiha Gökçen in the morning and the rooms are very wide and clean. Your towels are packed and left in a very clean way. Reception is kind and related. It helps everything. They leave you with a private shuttle at 5 minutes away and if you want, they leave you free. The car park is also available. Location is a great centre, starbucks hunting nice rooms in every area in the current environment ... You will really receive a quality service. I'm so happy

Positive aspects; I have my own parking, my breakfast score 8/10, I give 9/10 for dinner. Restaurant workers do their job rightly. Negative aspects; I can say regret especially in the second accommodation. I stayed 1 night and then 3 nights with my wife and 2 children. The tape in the room holds all the hides and all the hides, most of the previous customers are hides. The rooms are wide, useful furniture but cleaning is available, you can see the hides on the corner. We were cold and we wanted to open the air conditioning, but the room 3A37 and other rooms on the same side were said the air conditioning was not working, because the rooms on the other side of the corridor were working. When I told the reception he retained me for about 4-5 hours, I asked for another room but I received a negative answer, they had no room in their hands, I saw there were empty rooms when I looked on the net. They could think of opening the pet in the room at 11 p.m. If I did not insist, we would have been cold with the children. I didn't fix the climate problem for three days, I checked out in a climate-degraded manner.

Budget apartments . Beauty clean. Towels are good. There is free water and tea. TK apartments are all a little different , then there are quite tired. And the cost of the room is not affected especially by the room. It is excellent to drive from Sabiha airport, all 8-10 minutes by taxi. There is an English pub downstairs . For me, for example, it is a big plus. Because in the district beer wine you will not drink if it is not a .... restaurant

This place is very close to the airport. It cost 100 liras to take a taxi (theoretically it should be 70 liras, but the driver charged more). The hotel entrance is easy to find. There are many hotels put together. The service desk facilities are okay. There is no water delivery. The room smells of smoke. It's heavy, but it's okay for one night's sleep.
