Stayed for two nights recently, travelling on work. The pool is super, large and wonderfully cool on a hot day. There is a nice outside area for sunbathing and you may even be able to order a drink. Breakfast is a busy, but comprehensive affair. No complaints. Staff at the front desk are super, friendly, charming and could not have been more helpful. Rooms are a little bit tired and in need of a refurb. Air-conditioning is rather anaemic which could be an issue at the height of summer. Overall no complaints, competitively priced and would return

I stayed at the point hotel for 4 nights. Checked in late and had a room service. Food was nice and arrived quickly. Breakfast choices are plenty of hot and cold food options. The furniture in the restaurant is tired but it does the job. Nice and clean shower. Big desk and extra comfy seats in the room. TV wouldn’t switch on but I wasn’t in the room most of them. The Metro station is not far from the hotel to go to the old city. Overall it is a decent hotel at a decent price.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week and enjoyed every second of it. The location was perfect, staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice and the hotel as well as the restaurant weren’t expensive at all. The room was a nice size, about what you’d expect from a boutique hotel. Very clean too. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom/ shower were really modern and clean as well. Their restaurant offered a variety of options for lunch, dinner and drinks. During my stay I had some meals there and I really enjoyed them. What made my stay the most pleasant however was the hotel staff, they really made me feel like home.

This will be my last night of my stay and thought I’d fill this in now. My room was ok basic but ok. The air con was broke and was pumping out warm air. On the 5th day my Apple air pods went missing. I only noticed at bed time when I use them. The night staff didn’t really care. Spoke to someone in the morning who decided to search my room. I’d done this the night before and what I found was disgusting. Under the bed was full of dust, a dirty sock and used tissues. Removing the bed sheet and seeing the mattress topper was disgusting 3 big stains 1 I’m convinced was urine. The manager obviously brushed this off saying it couldn’t be! but the stains position on the bed was not good. They decided to move me to a room 4 floors further up and into a smaller room. No mention about my air pods they don’t seem to care. I wouldn’t stay here again!

Had a one night stay at the hotel during a brief business trip to Istanbul. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the location and price per night. When the surrounding hotels (Hyatt and Wyndhams) were going for €120+ per night, this was around €50 and in my opinion, better than the premium brand neighbors. The checkin was excellent with the COVID-19 precautions very evident. We were given complimentary masks and social distancing was encouraged. The room was spotless and there were seals on the doors to say the room was sanitized. After a great nights sleep on a good bed, the breakfast, which was included in the price was freshly prepared, excellent and huge! Parking was free outside the hotel and as it was in a leafy side street, was a very quiet neighborhood. There is a large range of restaurants, pubs and clubs within fifteen minutes walk of the hotel. Highly recommended and we will return
