one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I came to İstanbul for work and stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the food isn't very good but you don't get hungry. The hamburger's cake was a little strange, they used cake cheese for pizza was a little different room. There is no mayonnaise in the hotel. Ice machines are constantly disrupted. They sell alcohol in the lobby restaurant, but you can go out to drink in the lobby and drink in your room. Be careful while sitting down from the air-conditioning on the lobby restaurant's ceiling. I made a reservation for Stay Inn Taksim Hostel via Agoda.com website for 3-6 February.Due to special reasons, I could not enter the hostel on February 3, and in this case, I contacted the hostel officer and informed him that he would check in on February 4.Despite this, my reservation was canceled by the hostel just because I did not log in and the hostel officer said that if I make a new reservation with a higher price, I will only be able to stay at the hostel that way. What kind of customer satisfaction is it that I can't use a service that I have paid for in advance and that a higher fee is demanded again? So I had to stay in another hotel.If you don’t want to happen this to you never choose Stay Inn Taksim Hostel and should definitely stay away! Özel sebeplerden dolayı 3 Şubatta hostele giriş yapamadım ve bu durumu hostel görevlisi ile görüşerek 4 Şubatta giriş yapacağımı ilettim ve görevli tarafından hostele giriş bilgileri tarafıma iletildi. Fakat buna rağmen 4 Şubatta hostele gittiğimde otele giriş yapmadığım için hostel tarafından rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini, konaklama ücretinin iade edemeyeceklerini ve yeniden daha yüksek ücretle rezervasyon yapılırsa ancak o şekilde konaklayabileceğim söylendi. Ücretini peşin olarak ödediğim bir hizmetten ertesi gün geleceğimi bildirdiğim halde faydalanamayıp bir de üstüne tekrar daha yüksek ücret talep edilmesi nasıl bir müşteri memnuniyetidir? Şehir dışından geldiğim için de başka otelde konaklamak durumunda kaldım. Bir an önce konaklamadığım halde onayım alınmadan hostel tarafından tek taraflı olarak iptal edilen rezervasyon ücretinin iade edilmesini ve oluşan mağduriyetin giderilmesini istiyorum. Bir daha asla Stay Inn Taksim Hostel'i tercih etmem ve kesinlikle uzak durulmalı!

Yaklaşık iki aydır bu hostelde kalıyorum. Diğer hostellerden ayıran farkı her gün temizlik yapılması ve çarşafların değişmesi. Temiz olması. Her hangi bir sorununuz olması halinde bildirdiğiniz takdirde hemen çözülüyor. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar (Seyf, Gamze, Ali ) RoofBar'da ki arkadaşlar (Sevda, Ulaş, Özkan, Adnan) Housekeeping ve diğer personel arkadaşlarda çok ilgililer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ettiğim bir hostel.

I have been here at the hostel for a week. The service is very nice and they help where they can. I had a room change without problems and these are clean and relatively quietly located to a side street. The bakery faces one in the morning with the smell of fresh bread ;) However, no loud supply. Breakfast is nice, marmelade, honey, some vegetables and tea, water or coffee. It is worth mentioning that the staff members clean every day. Only in the bathroom is a hook to hang up and protect his stuff and cultural bags from wet :D

İş için seyahatimde deneyimledim havalimanına oldukça yakın personel ilgiliydi odaları yeni ve rahat yatakları rahattı . Güzel bir otel daha önce aynı bölgede loft plus otelde kalmıştım loft otellerini seviyorum istanbul a seyehatlarimde sık sık tercih ediyorum.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Istanbul, in a great location, Sirkeci is very beautiful in location and very close to everywhere, especially thank you very much for the interest and interest of the general manager Osman Bey. HI - I have marked this as average for a couple of reasons - the first is that when you book this hotel online they do not tell you that there are 2 wings in the hotel facing each other - the first is one is the main only with suite rooms and the other one is called the ”deluxe” wing. Also they don't tell on the website what is different between the 2 wings - we booked the hotel through Makemytrip.com website where it was mentioned that the room size was 325 sq ft and advertised as a 5 star hotel. Believing the details we booked the hotel for 7 nights - now when we check in we find the following problems : 1. The room is barely 200 sq ft in size and very small 2. The floors are stained 3. The furniture is all scratched 4. There is supposedly a balcony which is dirty and walls are stained 5. The lobby of the so called 5 star hotel was like a 2 star small lobby. So we call the Guest Relationship executive and make the complaints that this is not a 5 start hotel room - it is not even a 2 star hotel room and the area is much smaller than advertised. He agrees with us but says he is helpless - so we ask to see the manager - the manager has perfected the art of making excuses - he tells us that the room is used daily so the furniture is damaged and the area of the room is as per the original plan which was passed although the actual size is small. We made a huge fuss and asked to be relocated to the other wing - so they showed us a suite room which was nice and we asked them to move us there - they said that this would cost us 90 euros per night extra - we negotiated and settled at euro 50 per night and paid euros 350 extra for the 7 nights. This wing is fine and service is also good. I am attaching the pictures of the room in the deluxe wing - please see for your self whether this can be called as a room of a 5 tsar hotel. The hotel really needs to be pulled up for false advertising and also MakeMyTrip should be pulled up for not verifying claims of the hotels they advertise on their website.
