I have asked several times to enter my Marriot Bonvoy points, I had to speak to the restaurant manager because the reception did not want to enter since I made the reservation with you on Trip, they told me I have to do it through you, since I always book trips with you, tell me if you think about it, otherwise next time I will have to book with my Bonvoy App to avoid losing countless points. I would be sorry because I am very happy with you. Thank you
