This is a ryokan inn belonging to the Itoen Hotel. It cost about 8,500 yen for a Saturday stay. The room was small, like an old driver's room, but I have no complaints about it considering it is a business hotel. The elevators, rooms, and walls of the corridors are not maintained, but it is worth the price. The dinner and breakfast buffets are time-specified, and there is a wide variety of dishes on the menu, including tempura, sashimi, and nigiri. They also offer salads, fruits, desserts, and milk. Best of all, all alcoholic drinks, including draft beer (real beer, not low-malt beer), are free at dinner, which is quite competitive. In addition, hot spring lovers can enjoy the hot springs in the nearby main building, Matsukawakan. The service is low due to reduced staffing, but this is unavoidable in order to keep costs down.

The dinner buffet was mainly a fair menu, with many dishes not being served. The breakfast buffet didn't even have jam, and it wasn't replenished. The worst part was the announcement in the building that there would be a power outage in two minutes for several hours. There were no emergency lights on the emergency stairs, so it was pitch black.
