This is a brand new resort hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms and common areas are well-maintained, and both the indoor and outdoor pools are high-quality. The beach right in front of the hotel is also beautiful and perfect for kids to play in the water. If you're just looking for a hotel-based vacation, kids could easily spend two or three days here without getting bored. However, it does have a few notable drawbacks: * **Remote Location:** There are almost no commercial facilities nearby, so you can't easily go out for meals or shopping like you would with a city hotel. * **Less Enjoyable Without a Car:** Due to inconvenient transportation, you're often limited to dining at the hotel, and the food can be pricey for what you get. * **High Breakfast Costs:** Adult breakfast is included with the room, but children's breakfast needs to be purchased separately, costing around 1500 JPY per meal. * **Subpar Service for Foreign Guests:** What bothered me most is that the hotel actually offers a shuttle bus to the city and iias Toyosaki, but the front desk didn't mention it at all during check-in. We only found out about this service when a taxi driver told us. Knowing about it on the first day would have made our trip much more convenient and saved us a lot on transportation costs.
