My husband and I were referred to Hotel Terra for our anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff of the hotel and surrounding business greatest us with smiles and warm welcomes. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine options on site. The room was a basic King and was clean and comfortable. The location in Teton village allowed us to enjoy everything Jackson has to offer and return to the comfort of this classy hotel and its neighbors. The only negatives we experienced was the restaurants favored ambiance over customer comfort. It was 70 degrees outside and the fireplaces were on inside Corsa. Made it somewhat difficult to enjoy the meal while sweating. Another is, we were not informed at check in or before that the gondola and tram were closed for private events on Fridays and Saturdays. Our anniversary was on Saturday and we were wanting to schedule a romantic dinner atop the mountains, however did not go to schedule til Thursday and they were sold out for the day and unable to accommodate, book ahead of time-lesson learned. The Chill Spa couples massage was amazing. Spa facilities were pleasurable and staff accommodating to our specific needs. All in all a fantastic 5 day vacay!

We love Terra hotel. Lovely place, great experience. Very nice people. Magnificent nature. Great Teton national park, Yellowstone national park are true natural wonder. Thank you very much. The only thing is to stay in Terra hotel is quite pricey.

Not safe for kids. The property was fine until a faulty heavy metal box attached to the hinge of one of the main doors fell down on my hand. I was simply walking through a door and not doing anything dangerous. This could have severely injured a kid or caused a concussion. We're all lucky this was my hand which a month later still hasn't healed. My whole hand was severely bruised and swollen for weeks. The hotel seemed more concerned with avoiding a lawsuit then getting me medical care or taking me to urgent care. Noble House Hotels that owns this property also never apologized or tried to do anything to make it right or explained how they were going to make sure it wasn't going to happen again.

Hotel Terra is a phenomenal hotel within one of the most beautiful places in the world. The staff was great, food was good, and you are within walking distance to anything within Teton Village. If you're looking to get to the park, don't go all the way through Jackson Hole, as there in another route which was open during our stay (indicated on the hotel's map) that alleviated travel time. In all, great experience and we will be staying again. Cheers!

We had the best time at Hotel Terra. We booked through a travel agent and they were a partnering hotel with the company. We were able to get a room upgrade when we arrived and we loved the suite we were in. The staff was always so nice and helpful, and the concierge was great in helping us book activities. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel and location. Enjoyed the roof-top hot tub and surrounding restaurants. Very convenient for visiting Grand Teton National Park. Saw very interesting wildlife there.

The location was great, but two of my relatives were in the newer annex which meant going to the second floor, walking over a bridge, then on to their floor. I bit of a chore if done several times a day. I had a lovely view of the mountain myself, but the Murphy bed was difficult for me to put back by myself, and not much floor space with it down. I could not control the temperature in my room, but it was comfortable with the sliding door open a bit for fresh air.
