I have been staying here for almost 2 months now since relocating from Georgia. The staff here is very helpful and make your stay comfortable. The manager Michael is very sweet and understanding. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. However, at night the surrounding hotels that are in close proximity to here, their guests starts to lurking the parking lot and conversing in the back of the hotel with heavy traffic in and out. I really think they need security here at night. I do see a patrol car come through throughout the day, but they are mostly needed at night. I love this hotel and I would recommend my family to stay here. The restaurants are within walking distance and you have plenty of shopping stores in the vicinity. The Avenues Mall is only 8 minutes away. This hotel is very convenient and clean.

I work in customer service. This is the #1 product we talk about with our clients, I cannot remember the last time I received this level of service, from check in, to helping us with our luggage, to the server bringing us refreshments, to the general manager coming out to meet our dogs. We just checked in with Susan. She was such a pleasure to meet. She was very helpful and informative during check in and answered all questions we had. There is parking lot The hotel environment is good. The steak inside the hotel is very good and worth recommending. American hotels are basically very old, don't have too much expectation.
