There were tired things about the room…the bathroom mirror for instance obviously had a sticker that covered it to make it look like brushed nickel…mine was messed up so it just looked like a mess. There were no cups or an ice bucket in my room. The breakfast was very good, though, with a variety of foods, including oatmeal, which some hamptons don’t include, but that I love! Overall, though, this was a clean hotel in a good location, and I would stay here again.

We had a horrible experience, lobby and hallway was clean and welcoming our room was NOT! There was so many red flags when checking in we should have just left ! The first person that checked us in was nice we were asked if we wanted to pay by night or pay our five nights up front, we paid for the entire stay ( this was a huge mistake) The musty smell as soon as you walk in, was horrible , There was hair in the bed, I had to request clean bedding, I asked for extra towels and was told I couldn’t have them, the floor was filthy, my elderly mom walked barefoot and her feet were filthy, no way to plug the bathroom sink, no coffee pot, the blinds were broken and some slats were missing, no way to add a curtain after night one I was ready to leave, the smell in the room was giving me breathing problems, I asked the manager if we checked out can we get a refund for the remainder of our stay and he said no refunds ! I asked the manager to switch rooms, he said he needed time, so we went out with family, when we came back the manager was gone and the person at the desk said there was nothing left by the manager about us switching rooms, she wouldn’t switch us so we the next morning we decided to cut our losses and leave, before leaving I asked the person at the front desk for a receipt to show we left early , she couldn’t print anything and said we had to wait for the manager to arrive, I was beyond angry at this point and we just left, I totally wish I took pictures of how bad this room was ! We filled a complaint with the credit card company! every time I talked to the manager or the night staff I felt like my concerns were dismissed! Don’t fall for the nice pictures or the really good description! This is not a place for vacationing and relaxing, I’m pretty sure people live here full time!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. RUN for your life from this place unless you’d like to literally jeopardize your own health, safety, and well being, and leave traumatized from how gross and eerie it is inside. Let me give you just a few reasons 1. The staff are rude and stupid and do not care at all. They are incapable of fixing even the most basic of things for you, or being remotely helpful, friendly or accommodating. They will also blame you for any problems you might have, or try to cover their ass by claiming that they weren’t working when you called or came to the front desk. 2. The sheets had vomit and blood all over them, and were torn up from roaches. 3. The glass closet door was completely off the hinges in our room, and almost fell on my friend when she opened it. We’re lucky she didn’t have to go to the ER or worse. 4. The paneling on the bath tub was torn off and ripped, and the towels were paper thin. 5. The lights in the room barely worked, and there was a light literally hanging out of the ceiling when we first walked in with no cover on it: talk about a fire waiting to happen. 6. This hotel does not feel safe at all. One brief stroll in the highways and I guarantee you’ll think you’ve been transported to a horror movie set. The carpets are stained with bleach and peeling wallpaper crumbs , and there are weird smells. The staff lied to our face and told us that all the rooms were booked up, so they couldn’t switch us to another room. The reality is it’s a ghost town, and there were only maybe five cars in the parking lot. We only saw maybe 7 or 8 people checking in or out the entire time we were there. 7. There is almost no people working here, and the few people who are there do not care, and offer little to no resolving of complaints or issues. While we were there; I didn’t see one maid or housekeeping staff member. There was no maintenance person even on the weekend, so no one could come look at the issues in our room or repair them. And only one front desk person who was super slow and took literally half hour to check out 3 people, and myself. I shouldn’t have to stand in line that long, because this god forsaken place can’t hire enough staff, and the staff they do hire are slow and inefficient. 8. The pool is disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. There wasn’t any patio furniture out there, and it looked like there was a dead bird floating in it. But hey if you fancy swimming in a petty dish, go for it. 9. Back to my original point unless you forgot.. no one at this establishment gives a rats ass about the customers. The receptionist at the front desk did not so much as bat an eye when we showed her our photos of disgusting sheets, a bathtub that was falling alert, and the safety hazards in our room. She tried to cover her ass by saying she hadn’t been working very long. When I called originally I was told that I was talking way too fast, and needed to repeat all the iss
