I have been staying here for almost 2 months now since relocating from Georgia. The staff here is very helpful and make your stay comfortable. The manager Michael is very sweet and understanding. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. However, at night the surrounding hotels that are in close proximity to here, their guests starts to lurking the parking lot and conversing in the back of the hotel with heavy traffic in and out. I really think they need security here at night. I do see a patrol car come through throughout the day, but they are mostly needed at night. I love this hotel and I would recommend my family to stay here. The restaurants are within walking distance and you have plenty of shopping stores in the vicinity. The Avenues Mall is only 8 minutes away. This hotel is very convenient and clean.

I work in customer service. This is the #1 product we talk about with our clients, I cannot remember the last time I received this level of service, from check in, to helping us with our luggage, to the server bringing us refreshments, to the general manager coming out to meet our dogs. Darius was our valet who helped me get all of the stuff off the top of my car. Zachary, Keymoe and Euryo were amazing as well (please let me know if I spelled your names wrong). We have already booked our next stay.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel will continue to stop here, it's near hwy and food, see family's enjoying the pool, there are people stay for conferences, feel it's a safe place to stay. The staff is available at the desk and there are many cleaning staff.

Always my go to for airport travel. Love it 🦑 If you ever need a hotel near the airport, this is the one. Cheap, clean, and nice cats.

We just checked in with Susan. She was such a pleasure to meet. She was very helpful and informative during check in and answered all questions we had. She made sure to tell us all about the complimentary breakfast and raved about how good it is. I look forward to trying it out first thing in the morning.

There is parking lot The hotel environment is good. The steak inside the hotel is very good and worth recommending. American hotels are basically very old, don't have too much expectation.

Way better than expected. Stayed 1 night with husband and 2 dogs on our way to south Fl. I wish we could have a room like this every time we need a hotel. Plenty of convenient parking. The rooms are clean and spacious. Closet is huge plus there is a lot of drawer & shelf storage for clothes. Bathrooms are well lit and have plenty of storage space which is a big plus in my book. Nice recliner chair too. AC was nice and cold and the windows with screens open if you’d prefer fresh air. Check in was super easy. I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. Laundry machines are free - they were out of detergent but convenient nonetheless. My only complaint, and this is with most hotels so it’s not really a knock on this particular hotel, the water pressure in the shower is bad. The next time I need a hotel I will certainly pick a Sonesta Suites.
