Devendra, Devesh, Rahul, and Surinder were great! They were so joyful when serving us food. All the food was so good! We ordered carrot halwa which was a superior dessert. The panner lababdar paired with the garlic naan was the highlight of our meal.

I stayed at Shiv Villa in Jaipur from February 6-8, 2025, for a wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Not only was the room maintenance below expectations, but I also faced a serious security issue where USD 1,000 was stolen from my foreign guest room. The room was poorly maintained, especially considering the price. The condition of the room was not up to standard, and it was not what I expected from a hotel charging these rates. To make matters worse, I discovered the theft of my money and was shocked to learn that hotel staff, including the manager, may have been involved, with duplicate keys possibly being used to access my room without my consent. I reported the theft to both the management and local authorities immediately. However, the response from the management was disappointing, and my concerns were not taken seriously. As a foreign guest, we expected better security, service, and attention to detail, especially at a venue like this. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at Shiv Villa to be cautious and aware of the potential risks. I hope the hotel takes urgent action to improve both its security protocols and room maintenance to ensure no other guest experiences the same problems. I will never suggest to choose SHIV VILLA JAIPUR SN KESHWANI (**********)

We stayed in the hotel for two nights as a group. The hotel itself has seen better days. The staff however is very engaged and friendly. The bar and the drinks are very nice. We had excellent whisky sours by barkeepers singh rathole and prahlad.
