Hotel shiv vilas is amazing and hotel staff very humble and I also notice guest did good care and front office teams very care my family I remember 2-3 special thanks to mr. Rajesh Yadav, Siltu, nitesh and ankit they help us beyond their limits.

Radhe, Sourav and team were amazing! Was here for a wedding, and it is one of the best venues I have ever been to. Great services provided, and very attentive staff. Food was incredible, so many options to choose from. Overall I would highly recommend this place!

I attended the wedding with my parents.. there are very less options for continental in the menu.. moreover when ordered it was horrible and fusion of indian and Italian which actually was pathetic. Above all the staff arguments were cherry in the cake .. my first and last experience at this horrible place 😔😭

In November attended a wedding at Shiv Vilas one of the most harrowing and pathetic experience of my life..some insights * Uncooperative and clueless staff..right from the bell boy to the managers nobody knew anything ..and not ready to work *Lawns were so dirty no clea *Cooking stations and stalls of food were filthy.. * Food was tasteless and unappetizing..there was noone to hear about complaints and solve them *All throughout my stay no housekeeping was done in the rooms..no sheets changed or dustbin emptied inspite of numerous calls *Overall hotel has to work on their hygiene Keeping in mind the amount they charge it's not worth it staff has a big attitude problem Not recommended at all for any functions

We had an amazing 2 nights at shiv Vilas.The staff is so nicely and friendly. A big Thanks to Bar team Mr Ankit ❤️he is so amazing guys he giving us what we want such a nice person and his hospitality so good Thankyou @mr Ankit ❤️and cheers to all the hospitality team.

Too good service. The entire hospitality team was providing excellent service. Dharmender, Vikram, Gaurav were always on their toes to help. Joydeep of the sales dept was also extremely friendly. Thank u for catering us so well. But I am looking for a better service from housekeeping dept. All the best

I had a very good time staying here. Staff is very accommodating, especially Ankit was very helpful. He helped me by providing excellent recommendations for dining and assisted with warmth and respect. Overall I had a very comfortable and beautiful stay at shiv Vilas.
