Hotels Near Great Queen Firdaus Park in Jakarta

I have meet the GM, Pak Veri in the morning session. My first impression was great. He is humble and have strong capability lead the team. The breakfast is exceed. His team also are well trained. The way they welcome guest is so genuine. I am happy stay there.

I stayed for 2 nights here, at the first time I saw, this hotel is located after Cilandak Town Square Mall, the nearest hotel. I can call it a short escape staycation for refresh and relax, the food and beverage from the Streat Resto and Bar, you must order avocado juice, sop buntut, nasi goreng iga, fettuccini carbonara, and wika wina juice. you should order too the promo package, salmon steak and virgin mojito! it was very delicious! for the room services were also good, I was happy to stay in family room it has 2 bedrooms, 1 with the king size bed, the other 1 with twin bed, which perfectly fit too for family staycation. the room was also spacious, clean, completed amenities, and dine in room service. the hotel has meeting room, ballroom, outdoor area for chill, gym, bike, and kids playground. so it could make your stay more comfortable. well, based on my experienced, all the staff here are humble, friendly and informative. Thank you so much for making my stay and my family feel so memorable! would be back soon!

overall good at that price

The location of the hotel is not in the main road, but it's really close to Citos Mall. The room is spacious with industrial concept, everything is nice and clean, except the problem with internet and tv cable connection at the moment :( There is a nice cafe in lobby, and the taste of the food is great! i guess the menu for breakfast is also part of the cafe. it's not kind of buffet style breakfast, we can choose from the menu provided for our breakfast, but it indeed has some additional menu buffet (bread, fruits, coffee/tea and sort of some light food)

Wow, this hotel and all the amenities were amazing. I stayed for one night with my entire family. The room was very spacious; I felt comfortable spending time on the room's balcony with my family. I truly appreciated its interior, which made us all feel comfortable throughout our overnight stay. Our staycation experience with the family was incredibly pleasant due to the kind staff, one in particular who stood out and I got to know her name Ms. Becca she went above and beyond to help us organized everything. We were warmly welcomed by her, making the RA Suite feel like home. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this beautiful place again; it was absolutely worth every penny!❤️

I‘ve spent two nights at this hotel for a business trip. I wasn’t expecting something extraordinary but surprisingly it caught my attention on interior design. I would say much better than plain interior on mostly 3star business hotels chain. Breakfast is also tasty, lot of choices even the chef gave a surprise food tough hahaha, it was a fun moment. I don’t know about some review out there but definitely this hotel is worth your money per night on its class.

Descent hotel for business travelers. Polite and prompt service from front office to housekeeping team and overall general staff. Keep up the good work.

Been staying at Grand Whiz regularly since 2018. Overall comment and feedback had been positive. However, during my last stay from 27th to 30th March, was disappointed to find out that the gym is in very bad condition with still interior and very strong stale stench of the room.

Good hotel with good service, nice receptionist and room service. Room is very clean and no malfunction. Various menu breakfast.free parking car.mosque is nearby the hotel so remember us to sholat every time.we can see MRT ooutside the window and that's amazing

Plus side: In the lobby, they have artistic art gallery. Then I know that they will hold art exhibition. If this situation happened in early pandemic, I trully understand. But these situation happened after ppkm loosened up, means occupation rate also rised up. When I checked in... There was two ministry held the event there. I asked the occupancy with one situation, they said full booked for that day and tomorrow. So forgive me that I can't tolerate these things: -When I checked in, the key machine was broke. So the concierge assist me to open the door manually. The machine finally can be operated view hours later. -The tv wasn't working. Needed to call engineering first. Then the exhaust in front of the door was loud. Already fix but still loud. The engineering said when the temperature gows slow it became like this. -They only provide 1 mineral bottle at first. Need to ask for abother one. -Water keetle was leak. The water I poured soak into the tray. -They only provide one towel. I found the hotel provided 1 toothbrush set, but not towel. And the towel...wow...is it 4 stars hotel? When I ask another towel, they gave me the proper kne. Ah.. They also didn't provide toilet mat. I had to request it and it also didn't come. -Their idea to put shampoo and soap in the vanities completely blow my mind. So when we shower, we need to go out to pump the shampoo and soap? What are you trying to do? Dear Grandkemang, Imho, I think there won't be a problem if you focus on the goverment who will spend their annual budget, moreover on their year end budget. Their need to spend it, so maybe they won't complain like me for the service and situation. But for people like me... Apologies for being hars, but this situation make me never want to stay in here again... Except the goverment pay me for that.
