"The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably spacious. It's conveniently located, and the hotel staff were friendly. Guests are required to provide a deposit of IDR 100,000 or leave their ID card as collateral. However, there were a few negatives: the towels were musty and had holes, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, and the room lighting was quite dim at night (though it was bright during the day thanks to an outward-facing window). During my 4-day, 3-night stay, there was a total power outage one midnight, leaving both the room and hotel corridor pitch dark for about 10 minutes."

"Great stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta! The room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly, and the free airport shuttle was super convenient. Perfect for a short transit or early flight. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was a good hotel and a very spacious room. The gym was unfortunately in the dark without windows. Breakfast choice was great. What was very annoying was the noise coming from the tram barrier. Every 10 minutes there was a beeping sound for like 1 Minute which was clearly heard in the room and bothered me. Everything else was good."

"I have stayed a lot of times at this hotel with my family. As it is directly connected to a shopping mall it is easy for my family members to look for food and shop lightly. The room is quite spacious and clean, it does seem to be newly renovated so it is brightly lit and quite cosy. The view is nice overlooking Jakarta’s busy traffic. Breakfast option is very limited and food often ran out when I was there but it is expected as there is always a crowd. Airport transfer is available at the concierge and able to book before hand to ensure smooth journey. During my last stay, however the one experience that put us off was the waiting for room during check in was not communicated properly causing us to wait until 4pm at the hotel lobby for the room. We were told the room would be ready in 30 mins but it turned out the aircon was not working and required repair, but staff did not inform us causing us to wait for a long time. We were tired from the long journey and would appreciate the heads up. However when we checked with staff a few times, we were only to be told the room was being prepared. This was one experience though, the rest of the stay was good."

"I've been to many countries around world. I've stayed in many nice boutique, premium and luxury hotels. But believe me, none was as good as Wyndham Casablanca. And you know what makes it so special? From the doorman to the receptionists, from the pool staff to the restaurant waiter, everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I can honestly say that just staying here has changed my perspective on life. This may also be due to the kindness of the Indonesian people. Believe me, you won't regret your stay here in this hotel. At a completely unexpected moment (even I'd forgotten) —I'm not one for celebrating birthdays— two staff members came to wish me a happy birthday with a cute cake. They made me experience every emotion at once. I'd like to thank everyone again. You are all beautiful and precious. Well if you are looking for more objective review, then let me summarize it like this: Breakfast : Amazing (mostly Asian cuisine) Pool: Clean and relaxing Staff: Just amazing. Very kind, smiling and helpful Location: City center. Just few meters away of a shopping mall Price: Compared to many other chain hotels, much better. Rooms: Clean and spacious"

"Comfortable bed to sleep in , the ceiling lights was not working so I can’t do my work in there. It is located at LEVEL 1 instead of the GROUND FLOOR so do take note about it and DOMESTIC ARRiVAL INSTEAD OF INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL"

"The Hotel is situated strategically near Tamrin City and Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, but the cleanliness is not quite okay, we got breakfast and it was okay, overall it is a good experience, the air conditioning was bad at first, the room was hot, but the service is good once we complaint the worker clean the filter for us and the air conditioning is okay"

"Good location but to improve on the toilet and shower condition. We were staying at 2 rooms at the building next to it, level 3. The corner room and room beside. Everything is ok except for the toilet. The Management should build the drain beside the toilet so of there is a water on the floor it should flows to the drain accordingly. We were so stressed when using the sink and toilet, water on the floor and it sinks because no drain. Apart from that is the shower. It only has shower without the handler and only half doors to seperate it from the toilet. When took a shower, the water goes at the toilet floor, adding the water on the floor. It’s hard to dry it because no drain. Hopefully the management can come up with the drain system at the toilet. I am sure i am not the one customers having this issues. Tq"
