GGuest UserShangri-La's strongest point is that the minute you step inside, you feel at home. Staff are superbly trained to make you feel welcome and always serve with a genuine smile. Food is always big in variety and very delicious. Premises are warm and comfortable. There really isn't anything to complain about.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

TTravellingmaudeThe location is a big plus. Set right in the heart of the city, next to Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City Mall, it’s extremely convenient, especially for anyone who enjoys shopping or wants everything within walking distance.
Arrival was pleasant, with a warm welcome from the staff. They were very helpful and consistently courteous, with special attention shown to senior citizens, which was appreciated.
We booked a two bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and practical. The unit is well equipped for longer stays, with a washing machine, water dispenser, microwave, and a full set of kitchen utensils, making it easy to manage daily routines. The decor, however, feels a bit dated, and I did notice a slight odour, likely from furniture that could use a deeper clean.
The bedding was acceptable. The mattress was comfortable enough, but the pillows were too soft for my liking and didn’t provide much support.
The bathroom experience was much better. The shower was excellent with good water pressure and reliable hot water. Toiletries were complete and pleasantly scented, with a spa like aromatherapy feel. One downside was the bath towel, which felt worn out and unusually small, closer to the size of a bath mat than a proper towel.
Breakfast was decent but not extensive. It covered the basics and was sufficient, though nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, Ascott Jakarta works well for longer stays with family, mainly due to its spacious apartments and unbeatable central location. With some updates to furnishings and linens, the stay could be significantly improved.

GGuest UserI had an excellent experience at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a well-maintained hotel. The bed was especially comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good selection, and the dining area was pleasant and well organized. The location is also convenient, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and easy access to main roads in Jakarta. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta to anyone visiting the city and would be happy to return again.

JJettLamstayed at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel during my trip to Jakarta and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent—it’s right in Central Jakarta, so I could easily walk to Pasar Baru for some shopping and local food, and big landmarks like Istiqlal Mosque and the Cathedral were just a short ride away. Having the train station nearby was also convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the basics I needed—comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice view of the city.

ZZeeMyI came here for business visit, the location was great, near Grand Plaza, all tourist spot was walking distance only. But the price of this hotel does not match with what u get. It cost me around RM400++ which i can get more comfiest hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This hotel does not have proper lobby, no waiting lounge if i ordered grab, because u know, Jakarta was jammed all the time, so u need at least decent chair to wait. The room just a standard room only. U can hear your neighbour flush their toilet and chatting, and screaming , that’s why i said the room does not match the price. U can add little money more and stay at another comfy hotel nearby.
