AArifJust returned from an incredible stay in Jakarta and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warmth and attention to detail. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and offered stunning views of the city. Breakfast could use more variety, but everything else was outstanding. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive the team was, nothing was ever too much trouble. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and world class hospitality.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

GGuest UserIt’s very convenient. The place is between in the two mall and only walk for five minutes can arrive mall.
Also the securities guide are responsible to check every vehicles. This make me feel safety. It’s really a nice hotel with everything.

The air conditioning is old, noise and not working properly.
The A/C remote controller has a damaged display.
The toilet was dirty with many Brown dirty presence almost on every corner.
The shower curtain is old, durty and not nice.
Shower head is old, durty and not working well.
Not all electric wall plugs are working.
Sofa is with stains.
Bed mattress very used.
Breakfast is good.
I am nit satisfied even if the location is good and brand is famous

AArdiansyah205I have stayed here several times. The room is standard with carpeted floors, clean, and comfortable. However, the lighting is a bit dim; it might be helpful if a standing lamp were provided in each room without having to request it. But for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere, this room is perfect. The location is very close to the toll gate. The food is varied, making it suitable for business trips or just a short stay.

JJettLamstayed at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel during my trip to Jakarta and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent—it’s right in Central Jakarta, so I could easily walk to Pasar Baru for some shopping and local food, and big landmarks like Istiqlal Mosque and the Cathedral were just a short ride away. Having the train station nearby was also convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the basics I needed—comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice view of the city.

FFancyTravelDespite its cleanliness, location and amenities, this hotel is well located in central Jakarta opposite Thamrin bus station but not near metro station. As it’s situated by the main road, the traffic noises are very loud throughout the day and night. Apparently the sound proofing of the hotel is inefficient and the walls are thin as well so can hear neighbouring rooms guests noises especially banging doors when going in and out ! Worst WiFi connection for hotel of this grade, it’s extremely unstable! Also the lighting in the bathroom is poor for women doing make up but its shower is very strong, hot and powerful. My friend tried its in-house massage and was totally disappointed since the massage therapist is unprofessional and knows nothing about massage!
The only positive thing is that all their staff are very friendly, warm and helpful and they will try to help as much as possible.
