CCaptain_ZThe hotel is located in the old town, which made getting around quite inconvenient. The surrounding area felt very old, and the nearby Chinatown was also a bit run-down. On the positive side, the hotel facilities were relatively new, breakfast was plentiful, and the service was good.

AAnonymous UserClose to the airport, so no worries about traffic, which is great for business travelers. You can get to the mall through a small door on the first floor. The room was very clean, but there was no comb provided, so you'll need to bring your own. Everything else was good. I bought a lot of coffee, it was excellent!

RRGravThis hotel is still basically the SwissBell Inn that it replaced. There's fresh paint, the lobby looks nicer, the rooms are basically the same with fresh paint. Except, the last 2 times I stayed there was no hot water in the shower in either of the rooms. That's quite a wakeup at 4am getting ready for an early flight. The towels are old. Maybe time to replace those rags after all the other work they did there. The bed is fine, comfortable enough, but I have encountered some suspect stains on the sheets and bed cover.
The staff is very nice. The hotel food is average and a bit expensive for what you get. The airport nasi goreng with chicken is the best bet on the menu for me. There are still mosquitoes in the restaurant, it's been that's way since my first stay in 2022. Bring bug repellent if you want to sit down to eat! The shuttle to the airport is prompt. Unfortunately it now stops running at midnight, so you're on your on if you have a late flight.
The price is inexpensive. Around $30+ with shuttle included. Breakfast buffet is additional cost, not worth it to me. There are several other hotel options nearby in similar price range that may be better. But I have been sticking with this one because if anything, it's consistent.
Fyi- grab car from from airport is about $5-6 USD. I bought the airport meet and greet for an extra $3 from trip.com. Totally worth the few extra $ to walk outside and get immediately taken to your ride. Previously I've waited up to 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. And even with a grab car you'll still be waiting a bit after arrival.
Summary. It's absolutely adequate for the price.

Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.

GGuest UserArtotel is a brilliant mid level brand, where the service and design often make it much better than hotel chains with more stars. Casa Kuningan have wonderful helpful staff, modern clean, comfortable rooms and a good, fresh breakfast and usually spa service to the room. Would highly recommend for solo and business travellers staying in Jakarta.

GGuest UserRoom a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaSwiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person.
Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. .
You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
