AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

LlxgnetThe 101 Hotel is in a great location, not far from the National Monument of Indonesia. We walked there three times, and it only took about ten minutes each way. The hotel restaurant food was very good. Their manager even asked if the food was tasty and if the service was satisfactory. We gave them two suggestions: first, the mung bean porridge was too sweet and needed less sugar; second, the air conditioning was too strong, making it chilly if you were wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Both suggestions were taken on board, and they improved things by breakfast the next day. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. It's a really good hotel.

MMr. TerryCleanliness : Room was clean although some areas look dirty because it's old/outdated.
Location : Location is great. Close to embassies and there is a 2 minute walk Indomaret on the same street. I also saw restaurants around the same street but had no time to try them.
Service: Service was okey. Although I arrived very late and lobby was already dark, the receptionist got up fast from sleep to asssit me.
Amenities: Everything is still functioning okey but you could really see they are outdated. The electric kettle was old, no refrigerator and it's obvious that they took it out because there is a visible place for it. Toilet bowl and bidet are okey but it could be better because it is outdated including the exaust fan in the toilet. Air conditioning was still functioning well and was cold enoug for me. There is a big glass window/door which I wish could be opened but maybe closed for safety reasons. Good view of tree though. Breakfast was good for me compared to the last hotel I stayed at last month with the same fee. I ordered dinner and lunch during day 1 and day 2.. Fast and food was good for me. Going back to breakfast buffet, I like it that food was not spicy since some of us foreigners cannot eat spicy food.
Would I stay here again. I think so.
Would I recommend this hotel. Well, price actually fits what you paid for but it could be better if amenities were updated just a little.

AAfi TakkiStayed recently at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Wahid Hasyim and honestly, it’s a very solid stay if you want convenience and a lively Jakarta experience.
Location is definitely the biggest win. It’s right near Sarinah and you can easily walk to malls like Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City. Super convenient for food, shopping and just exploring the city.
As a smoker, I was really glad they still have smoking rooms/floors available. That’s honestly getting harder to find nowadays.
Breakfast buffet was just okay, not a huge spread, but the food tasted good and was satisfying enough before heading out for the day.
Big shoutout as well to the concierge, front desk and restaurant staff. Everyone was accommodating and helpful throughout the stay.
Best memory though? Right across the hotel is one of the oldest pubs in Jakarta. Went there at night and had an absolute blast watching live performances of oldies and 90s songs. The atmosphere was amazing and honestly became one of the most memorable parts of the trip.
Definitely recommended.

MMam LandosI stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

However, one thing that really needs attention is the inflexibility of the check-in time. It was quite annoying that I had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in. I tried to check in at 1:57 pm, but it was rejected.
The check-in queue was very long and moved extremely slowly. The hotel should be a bit more flexible with check-in time, especially considering how slow the system is. It feels strange to have all guests start checking in at the same time when the process is not efficient.
Also, the check-out time is 11:30 am instead of the usual 12:00 pm, which is uncommon in Indonesia.
