I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Throughout our stay, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly each day, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot meals. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured everything was constantly replenished. The hotel’s location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it easy to get around without spending too much time on transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center. Both were clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout the property, which was especially helpful for staying connected with family and handling a few work-related tasks. What impressed us most was the level of hospitality. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Small gestures, such as offering local recommendations and checking whether we needed anything during our stay, made a significant difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding facilities made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, it was a clean hotel. However, I was disappointed that the bedding wasn't changed during my 3-night stay. Other than that, I was satisfied. It was great to have a simple breakfast available, and all the staff, including the doorman, reception staff, and breakfast staff, were kind, which I appreciated. There's also a Starbucks and Agora Mall near the hotel, which was convenient.

Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I am a frequent guest and have stayed here quite often because I genuinely like the hospitality. Most of the reception staff have always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, this time my experience was very different because of one particular receptionist. I had requested a late check-out, as I had done during my previous stays. Previously, the hotel kindly allowed me to check out until around 1:00 PM, which I really appreciated. This time, my late check-out was again approved until 1:00 PM, and i have requested bellboy to come to my room at around 1:00 PM aswell to assist me with my luggage. However, the bellboy only arrived around 1:05–1:07 PM. I handed over my luggage and immediately went to the restroom before going down to the lobby. Due to the lift and the lobby being quite busy with other guests, I reached the reception and returned my room key/card at approximately 1:20 PM. To my surprise, the receptionist suddenly informed me that I had to pay an additional Rp150,000 for late check-out. I tried to explain that I had already requested the bellboy at 1:00 PM and that the bellboy himself arrived several minutes later. From the time my luggage was collected, it only took me around 10 minutes to reach the lobby. What I found particularly unreasonable was the way the receptionist spoke to me. Instead of politely explaining the hotel’s policy, I felt as though I was being treated as if I had deliberately refused to check out on time. If the hotel expects guests to physically hand over the room key at exactly 1:00 PM, then how is a guest supposed to manage their luggage? Am I expected to leave my luggage inside the room, go down to the lobby at exactly 1:00 PM, and somehow wait for the bellboy to arrive later? I had already requested the bellboy at 1:00 PM, so I had done my part to check out on time. I would have understood and been willing to pay if I had intentionally stayed beyond the agreed check-out time. However, in this situation, I had already requested assistance at 1:00 PM and was waiting for the hotel staff to collect my luggage. I would strongly encourage management to review the CCTV footage and verify the actual timing: * What time did I request the bellboy? * What time did the bellboy arrive at my room? * What time did I was in lobby The CCTV should provide a clear answer as to whether the bellboy arrived on time and whether I intentionally delayed my check-out. As a frequent customer, I expected much better communication and understanding, especially because I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always appreciated the hospitality. I hope management will take this complaint seriously, review the CCTV and the circumstances of the Rp150,000 charge, and clarify the hotel’s late check-out policy so that guests are not unexpectedly charged in situations like this. I’m sharing this feedback because I genuinely like this hotel and have chosen to stay here repeatedly. I hope management will address this matter professionally and ensure that future guests receive the same warmth, courtesy, and professionalism that I experienced during my previous stays.

Close to Tanah Abang shopping center. The breakfast was delicious with many options.

Not a perfectly clean hotel, but budget-friendly. For two friends, it was perfectly fine; we stayed here right after a long flight before heading to our main hotel. There are toiletries in the bathroom, but it was a bit chilly at night – we couldn't quite figure out the air conditioner controls. The pros: there's a McDonald's nearby, so you won't go hungry. The breakfast buffet was hearty if you're not picky, though I found it a bit hard to find options I'm more accustomed to.

Stayed at Maxone Rota Wahid Hasyim for 2nights. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The room we were given was completely different from what was advertised, and it wasn’t even properly prepared. To make matters worse, housekeeping unlocked and entered our room without knocking or announcing themselves first. This is a serious privacy and SOP issue. We ended up in a lower room category than we booked due to the hotel’s own issues. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

The room was clean, and the place felt very cozy and welcoming—almost like home. The only downside was that there was some renovation work going on during my stay, so it was a bit noisy. Hopefully, once the renovations are finished, it will be even more comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the place, and I had a pleasant stay.

Very helpful and polite people at the check in/check out desk. Also the breakfast was excellent and started early at 6am. Good for business people.
