AAnonymous UserThe service was excellent, and the breakfast was great. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi. It's about a 38-minute drive to the airport. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including local restaurants and Western chains, with a Starbucks right next door. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta.

If you ever find yourself in Jakarta and wonder where to start—Central Jakarta is the heartbeat you don’t want to miss. I spent a full day wandering through its bustling streets, and honestly, every corner had a story to tell.
📍 First Stop: Monas (National Monument)
Standing tall and proud, Monas is more than just a landmark—it’s a symbol of Indonesia’s spirit. I went early in the morning to beat the crowd, and the view from the top? Absolutely worth it. You get a sweeping panorama of Jakarta’s skyline—old meets new in the most fascinating way.
🌿 Strolling Through Merdeka Square
Right around Monas, I took a relaxing walk at Merdeka Square. The greenery offers a refreshing escape from the city’s hustle. Locals jogging, families picnicking—it felt alive yet peaceful at the same time.
🕌 Cultural Touch at Istiqlal Mosque & Jakarta Cathedral
One of the most beautiful moments of the trip was visiting Istiqlal Mosque, the largest mosque in Southeast Asia, located just across from Jakarta Cathedral. Seeing these two iconic places of worship side by side was a powerful reminder of Indonesia’s diversity and harmony.
🍜 Food Hunt in Sabang Street
No trip is complete without food, right? Sabang Street was a paradise for street food lovers. From sizzling satay to rich nasi goreng, every bite was packed with flavor. Don’t skip the local coffee—it’s strong, bold, and unforgettable.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserI had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The highlight for me was the location; located near malls and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The property itself is well-maintained with modern facilities, and everything was clean. The staff also provided great service, always friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was fine, lots of choices but the flavor was just average.
Self laundry service was available but one needs to purchase coins at reception.
Overall, a great choice.

Bboon22Room is small but ok. Cheap but the breakfast is cold and limited. Walkable to Chinatown Glodok, Komuter Jakarta Kota - Bogor (Red line), and busway... Disruption to water supply for bathing during the stay is disappointing though.

MMam LandosI stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

However, one thing that really needs attention is the inflexibility of the check-in time. It was quite annoying that I had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in. I tried to check in at 1:57 pm, but it was rejected.
The check-in queue was very long and moved extremely slowly. The hotel should be a bit more flexible with check-in time, especially considering how slow the system is. It feels strange to have all guests start checking in at the same time when the process is not efficient.
Also, the check-out time is 11:30 am instead of the usual 12:00 pm, which is uncommon in Indonesia.
