"Extremely satisfied with my stay! Highly recommended. First, let's talk about the service. From the moment I walked in, through check-in, and all the way to room service, everyone was smiling and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. This definitely earned them extra points. Next, the location. It's connected to Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek, so you don't need to go anywhere else for dining, entertainment, and shopping – everything you need is right there. It's also only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. The room, while not huge, was definitely sufficient and spotlessly clean. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. I can confidently say that the breakfast here surpasses many five-star hotels costing upwards of 1500 (presumably IDR). This trip to Jakarta, I initially booked two nights at another well-known chain hotel, but I only stayed one night before giving up on it and switching to this hotel. The only minor drawback is that the hotel seems to cater heavily to business travelers, so it might not be as focused on families. The swimming pool is tucked away in a corner and there's no dedicated children's area, making it relatively small. However, all the other advantages definitely outweigh this small issue. I highly, highly recommend it!"

"Gave it a full five-star rating! Everything was perfect, and the value for money was excellent. The service was top-notch, although there was a slight hiccup during check-in. They said the age of the child I booked was incorrect, which seems to be an issue with Ctrip as I clearly indicated it during booking. Nevertheless, they still provided two meals."

"The room isn't very large, but it's tidy and clean. The service staff are very friendly, and there's a front desk agent who speaks Chinese. The breakfast selection is extensive and quite good. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, making dining very convenient. It's also very close to the airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride."

"Great location as across the street there is grand indonesia mall and another side across is thamrin city mall..around the area there is alot of street food and restaurants such as sederhana.Hotel staff is great too..friendly and very accomodative..the only dowside is the marble floor will get very slippery when kids soaked in the bathtub so if u have kids must be wary as the floor will get slippery."

"The hotel is huge and grand, definitely five-star worthy. It's very clean, and the room layout is excellent, probably recently renovated. It's also very quiet. The service is top-notch; staff open doors for you when you enter and exit, and greet you with 'good evening' with a smile – truly exceptional emotional value. The price is great too. I didn't book breakfast as it was a bit expensive, but I might try it next time. The only minor drawback is that the shower is a bathtub, which isn't very convenient."

"Breakfast buffet selection was incredible, very convenient location adjacent to PIM. The check in process was a bit slow tho, we needed to wait for an hour for the room to be ready. Other than that everything was awesome."

"It was a pleasant stay with Ascott Sudirman Jakarta. The room was clean, complete with amenities and there was daily cleaning service provided. The daily breakfast buffet was good too! Not to forget, all of their staffs are very nice and helpful. I always love the hospitality offered by the local people. Looking forward to stay here again during my next visit to Jakarta. "It was lovely to have a birthday stay here. The only downside was the narrow road leading to the accommodation for cars. The elevators seemed to be undergoing some changes, but I'm sure that's part of the building's safety measures. The room was clean, service was good, and it was spacious for a studio. It didn't feel creepy at all at night. It was also great to be able to do laundry, though finding a good spot to dry clothes was tricky. As for breakfast, the galangal fried chicken was absolutely delicious; my picky eater child was more than satisfied with just that."

"Great location - connected to Ashta mall which has eateries, a movie theatre and supermarket. Room was modern, clean and big. Service was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing!"
