I stayed in a spacious balcony suite on the 29th floor, which offered stunning views of Jakarta. The suite was beautifully appointed, combining elegant design with modern luxury and every amenity one could wish for. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy what Jakarta has on offer. The Horizon Club was a real highlight. The cocktails were outstanding, and the atmosphere made evening drinks a memorable experience. A special thank you to Mr Markus Christ and his wonderful team for their warm hospitality. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The hotel has everything you could ask for, including excellent dining options and a fantastic bar featuring live music, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. Shangri-La Jakarta delivers five-star luxury with impeccable service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure, and I look forward to returning.

It is situated in the Kuningan area, which is convenient for meetings, offices, and nearby shopping malls and restaurants. This made it a practical choice for a business trip. According to their feedback, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a serviced residence, the facilities were well-equipped and suitable for both short and slightly longer stays. The environment was also quiet, allowing them to rest well after a full day of work. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout their stay. Communication was efficient, which made the overall arrangement much easier on my end as well. Overall, Ascott Kuningan Jakarta is a reliable and convenient option for business travelers. overall, a very pleasant stay and hotel staff were excellent and polite. 1. in less than 3 minutes after calling front desk, a housekeeping staff came by to teach how to activate the dryer mode for the laundry machine. if a washing mode with multiple steps is in use, please note you might need to manually tap on the “play” button to proceed to the next step, so plan your laundry accordingly. 2. the room was left on dnd for more than a day and the hotel contacted us via whatsapp to verify that cleaning was not needed. requested for amenities to be placed right at the door and the request was well fulfilled. 3. had ordered a package that only arrived after i checked out of the hotel. i had informed the hotel about this potential issue before leaving and they promptly followed up on it. they followed the step by step instructions and it was a hassle-free coordination. (please note that courier from the hotel and to your home address has to be self-arranged.) 4. complimentary parking is available. i eventually did not request it, but all you have to let front desk know in advance is the vehicle plate number. extra pillows are available in the closet. the ample space in the kitchen area allowed for more space for laundry and baggage. location is quite central to major malls and some iconic landmarks. however, if you are travelling with elderly, children (or a light sleeper), you will hear the daily morning prayers from the nearby mosque at around 4.30am local time. i’d recommend anyone staying here to bring some earplugs. it wasn’t an issue for me as i slept off it after the first occurrence. some timestamps by car 1. banyard ~30mins in AM 2. cgk airport ~60mins in late AM (book a Grab ride at least 2 hours in advance for stress-free experience) 3. gould cafe ~8mins in AM 4. mori tower ~8mins in AM

Our first time in Jakarta and stay in Borobudur hotel. The hotel was fantastic. Can’t fault it st all. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. The restaurants are great too. Coming from the UK dining at a the hotel restaurants didn’t cost us a arm and a leg. Swimming pool area was good too. Only thing is I have a phobia of cats and they do wander in around the pool area and outside gardens. I definitely recommend it for couples and families.

had a wonderful stay at Fraser Residence Menteng. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent—conveniently close to many attractions and business areas while still being peaceful and quiet. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Fraser Residence Menteng to anyone visiting Jakarta. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel has complete facilities and is suitable for a family staycation with small children, offering many amenities that provide comfort for kids. The food is quite good with a wide variety. One thing that needs improvement is room readiness at check-in. It took over an hour to check in because the room wasn't ready, even though the hotel's policy states check-in is at 3:00 PM, the room still wasn't prepared. We could only enter at 3:XX PM. This was the longest check-in process we've ever experienced, with no explanation given to us while we waited in line.

The basic cleanliness of the room met expectations, and for accommodation in Jakarta, the interior of the room looked quite clean. However, the water quality still needs attention. I used a filtering shower head, and the filter quickly turned yellow after just a short while. While it was a bit better than I expected, there's still a noticeable gap compared to Taiwan. The most critical issue, though, is the severe noise problem! Inside the room, you can constantly hear loud, unexplained humming sounds from outside (it sounded like a large exhaust fan or other machinery). This was completely unresolvable and would be agonizing for anyone sensitive to noise or a light sleeper; it was very difficult to get good rest all night. Travelers with high demands for noise levels and water quality might need to think twice before booking.

This is a high-quality serviced apartment, conveniently located in the PIK area with easy access to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. The outdoor pool offers outstanding views, and the public amenities are comprehensive. With abundant surrounding conveniences, it's ideal for business travelers on medium to long-term stays. The internet is fast, and overall, it offers excellent value for money. However, a word of caution regarding financial security: credit cards and bank cards are easily lost at this hotel, so make sure to keep them locked up.
