GGuest UserChecking in was decent, we had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready and to be fair it was new year's eve on Dec 31st so can't complain. The room is modern and upscale with a touch of traditional Indonesian heritage design. What I love most is the bed and bathroom..especially the rain shower plus the water pressure is perfect. We also received complementary cocholate as well to celebrate new year. Lastly breakfast menu was good, they served western and Indo menus, pastries and desserts. Overall was excellent.

JJouhinaWe had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
The food and menu are suitable for everyone, including children, with a great variety that caters to all tastes and cultures.
The level of cleanliness, kindness, and respect is beyond 10/10. The entire team is very friendly, helpful, and professional.
Special thanks to DINA ,GILANG ,ARMAN, ARDITA , ENJEL, NISA ,FITTO, FAJRIN , for their excellent service.
Their kindness and genuine care towards children are truly appreciated.
The swimming pool was very clean, and the seating area next to the kids’ pool is very comfortable for parents.
The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and the special decoration in the children’s room made our stay even more special.
Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
We sincerely apologize if we caused any inconvenience during our stay.

LLtataI’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past month, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in both cleanliness and service.
The gym and pool areas need urgent attention, as there were multiple small cockroaches present, which is unacceptable for facilities that should prioritize hygiene and guest comfort. In addition, service quality has dropped—there was no visible security during check-in, and the concierge service was noticeably less attentive than before.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

GGuest UserA mixed bag of feelings here. I thought I was feeling lucky when they told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary upgrade (to Deluxe) Unfortunately I was plagued with a number of recurrent issues. The room itself is very nice (311), best thing about it was the bed and the views into the city by the window. With that said, it did have a number of issues, so it was not the finished article in my mind (the safe locked without instructions, the wooden strip on the floor coming off making me trip, the kettle malfunctioning, not hot water on the basin, so had to use the kettle to shave daily) When I arrived, it had not been fully cleaned (see pictures) All of these were actually minor issues vs. other stuff I experienced, I didn't make much of it as I was getting an upgrade. The problems came a few days later when it started raining, and suddenly I was getting sore throats in the room with the temp marking almost 25c and the air con off. I had to take mucolytics and anti-flu tablets cause I was getting a bad cold there. I was wondering if the air conduct were releasing bad spores into the air because it was so tatty (pictures attached)
So with no heating, I got cold there with 27c outside, I find this very very strange.
But the much bigger problem was a few days later when I was hearing massive thumps, bangs and wall stomping from the room right above me, they had placed a family with 4 kids on top of me and it went on at all times in the evening. It got so bad that I requested a change of room, and surprise, they gave me a really REALLY bad downgrade to the 17th floor in a much smaller room, on a really grotty floor that looked like a 2 star highway motel. I thought maybe they were penalising me. The staff at reception told me the next day the people checked out, but the same noises continued another 2 days, so they lied to me or they placed another family with noisy children. The floor on top is super thin. You can hear anyone walking as if they re stomping on it.It will drive you crazy. I also heard people next door hammering something at 1 am in the morning for two nights straight. This hotel has big structural problems. I don't pay $520 to get tortured, it felt like it at some point.
On a separate note, the breakfast service was more like a brunch, very varied and many choices (except for meat and fish that was very underwhelming) They had a temp control management problem, there were mornings when I touched the trays and they were at room temp. Also the plates for the hot section are not heated, so that with the powerful air con overhead translated into your hot food going lukewarm almost immediately, which makes it taste disgusting.
It was only the last 2 or 3 days when I started placing my plates on the griddle for a few mins with the staff's permission, when I could finally start eating hot food. Due to this, I was getting ”stomach runs” every single day after breakfast, except for two days. This is a breach of H&S
So there are several issues that affected my health here.
The restaurant and cafe in the evening had some good meals. The Mexican had some Western tucker that I enjoyed, my last meal (Mexican enchiladas) was underwhelming, felt like cantine food that was microwaved and badly, because I had to send it back for being lukewarm.
Overall I cannot recommend this hotel due to numerous health problems I suffered. I also discovered that if it weren't for the upgrade, I would have been given a horrible room like the one I saw quite possibly.(the room I received cost almost $1000 for two weeks, still very overpriced) This wasn't cheap, and I feel it was so expensive for what it was. Definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star is more befitting.
The staff was mostly corteous, And premises are up to standard only in places. The gym was very nice. The pool area nice with some views, if only a little tiny..

LLoumir2024Located in a strategic place in Jakarta, the hotel facilities are really good, from dining, swimming pool etc, one thing the most important is the hotel is just next too the ciputra mall so its very convenient to shop or just to find something to eat there. The staffs are really helpful and polite, no problem at all with the check-in/out process.
Only there's some minor things need to improve, in the morning we went to the swimming pool area 7am with my kids and there's already some people there smoking and vapes in the Bar area, don't know if that place is smoking area, i think the hotel need to setup a proper smoking/vapes area not in the swimming pool area because it is outdoor.

MMilo S.The hotel has a fairly good location in central Jakarta, making it convenient for shopping and getting around the city. The room was decent overall, although it felt a little outdated.
The biggest issue during my stay was the noise from motorcycles on the main road outside. The sound was extremely loud and could be heard clearly inside the room, making it difficult to sleep at night. The lobby was also quite small, and the breakfast area felt crowded and chaotic, with not enough tables available during busy hours.
However, despite these issues, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience much better.

GGuest UserRoom a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaSwiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person.
Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. .
You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
