Near from hospital , clean, enough for parking lot. Good choice if family want to coming

I've spent 10 days quarantine from end of Dec. '21 to early Jan. '22 in this hotel. Staff's hospitality is excellent, from the day you booked, to the arrival & picking up process in the airport, to the staying period as well as the release, they are always there to help. Bravo to Mr. Ricky that able to finally provide me the room with best view to the city. Also great job for Mr. Iqbal who picking me up at the airport, despite that my local phone number was not working (unexpectedly) during my arrival. The food are great with various menus daily. Room will be cleaned if you need it. You just need to call. If only they can manage the laundry system better, than everything would be perfect. Since the laundry done outside the hotel & by weighing system, they just pack the clothes in a plastic no matter the type. My shirt is tangled once returned and even when I requested to re-ironing again (which they did), it still returned in untidy condition since it packed with other clothes inside a tight plastic. Other thing is the toilet's exhaust is not working. However, for a 2 stars hotel, you received more than you can asked & paid for. Highly recommended, not only for a quarantine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Peninsula Hotel in West Jakarta, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel’s location is strategically positioned, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene oasis in the bustling city. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the modern amenities, including a well-appointed bathroom and high-speed internet, met all my needs.

Stayed here for 3 days. Its located near to Taman Anggerik Mall so you can get something easily. Room is big but thats what is good about it. There is no iron, you need to pay for the housekeeping to iron your shirt if you need to. Room Wi-Fi sucks, you cant really do anything with it. A/C cant be controlled. i set at 23C and its freezing, ramp it to 27C and it still freezing. On the contrary, the breakfast spread was quite good though.

The service is pretty good, the only drawback is that children are charged for breakfast

My title say it all: this my worst experience regarding staying in a hotel. I even had to moved to another hotel after just one night, although I have booked for 2 nights. From location point of view, this hotel has a great location due to its closeness to malls and attractions. The exterior of this hotel is pretty convincing too with office-like exterior. I arrive at this hotel and park my car at the basement, which is dark and shady. The basement also have limited space. Then security greet me, just to collect parking fee, and I need to pay it full according to my 2 nights plan (geez!). The fee is 5k IDR/night, so I ended pay 10k. Going to the lobby, I can feel the old and gloomy vibes of this hotel, and also it is not really a nice and neat hotel. Sofas at the lobby, but also you can they pile up some supplies at the corner of the lobby. Lobby also not very well air conditioned. Check in was so-so, but deposit of 250k IDR is ridiculous for a small hotel like this. During this Covid-19 situation, health protocol is not implemented correctly. Guest entering the hotel without temperature check and hand sanitizer only available at receptionist. Hotel put some sign that guests have to use mask in hotel area, but ridiculously none of the hotel staff use masks! Therefore I think that the sanitation of the hotel due to Covid-19 will also not be performed well to the rooms and other public area. After check in I proceed to my room at 6th floor, just to find my room card didn't work I go back to reception, and this staff girl casually only took their master card and open my room without actually fix my room card. At later time, I complained it again, and they took their machine to update my room's door sensor. The room was good at first sight, but after I check it some problems found. The electric saver (the one you put your card to turn on the light) didn't work, when I took the card, the electricity is still on. No security latch at the door. The door bell doesn't work. Cleanliness is borderline poor, stains observed in the linen. No complimentary mineral water, tea, nor coffee, although they provide a electric kettle. Don't even think for slippers, it just not exist in the room. Not so long, I started to see some little insects crawling in the room. It just the worst thing to see in a hotel. The room also give cheap impression because of some room amenities choice such as cheap plastic clothes hanger and cheap plastic tissue box They only give limited amenities in the bathroom as per OYO standard. Stains can be seen in the toilet, and in the floor. The hotel provide rainfall shower which filthy and doesn't give a good powerful rainfall. The staff in the hotel doesn't engaging at all: lousy uniforms, no greetings, lack of manner, they talk loudly in the lobby in front of guests, they put their chips and cookies in the reception counter. They just really need to improve themselves. I honestly can't believe how this hotel can be rated as 3-star

Except that the room is a little small, there is really nothing wrong with it. I met the hotel boss when I went to the supermarket to buy something, and the boss personally rode a motorcycle to send me back. Thumbs up, thumbs up

The hotel entrance smelled very nice. However it didn’t reflect to the room. The room looked old and tired. It didn’t have any towels in the bathroom. I needed to call teice to have them provided. Location is very central. Close to culinary spots, to Sarinah and Tanah Abang fashion market. One thing to highlight was the reception staffs. They were very friendly!

This is the WORST hotel I've stayed in Indonesia. Although I was upgraded to a suite (Marriott Titanium), the suite is actually a downgrade from the standard (renovated) rooms! They refuse to downgrade you to a better room! From Check in to check out it was a total nightmare! The reception turned up 15 minutes after I arrived at 2am and it was like they were doing me a favour to check in. Further calls during the stay to reception (if answered) took between 20-30 minutes to action anything. Asking for fresh towels? Budget an hour. The room looks nothing like the pictures - Tiles are cracked, the bathroom is from the 60's - you are lucky if you can get a shower with regular temperature water. The room is a sauna - which is great for people who like hot rooms, aside from the putrid smell, the air conditioner is set to 26 degrees, The fixtures are all dirty - from the desk to the light switches, there was actually Red Sambal on the light switch after the housekeeping serviced the room. There is dirt everywhere and the management doesn't care! It's not about the hotel being old - there are many older hotels in Jakarta which have maintained a fantastic standard, don't expect that if you choose to stay here!
