The following are the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 405 that day. Hotel location: convenient transportation in Jeddah. Hotel facilities: look at the pictures for yourself, which were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for the bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: look at the pictures for yourself, it is an Arabic meal delivered to the room. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite considerate during my stay. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

Very nice hotel, the room is very large, the bed is very big, but pay attention to the big hotel, be sure to see which taxi is the wrong time, we are going wrong, close to the airport

I came on time of check in unfortunately my room wasn’t ready and I waited on lobby more than 1 hour without any progress and after that time manager finally came and give me other room , also I got surprised they have a renovation!! and was very noisy while I booked the hotel thru Trip.com they didn’t notice me about that !!

The room was very cost-effective. I just met the boss on the day of check-in. The boss was very good. I booked a total of 3 rooms. Two of them were replaced with family suites. The price did not increase. The same price for continued stay. I will book this hotel next time I go to Jeddah.

The front desk service is very good, the room has been upgraded, the breakfast is not bad, there is free parking, the room is spacious enough, the price is moderate, suitable for business travel, I will choose this hotel next time I come to Jeddah for a business trip!

The hotel is clean, the service is perfect, the breakfast is very good, and if you have any problems, call the Egyptian Mohammed, he solved all the problems, gave you tips, and if you want to talk about philosophy, talk to Mohammed.

Amazing gym with all the equipment you need with a nice city view the membership is 2500SR/year if you want to pay monthly and 2000SR if you pay 6 months in advance I recommend it 100% nice staff with an amazing smile always.

If you are allergic to smoke or a non smoker don't come near this hotel. In fact the rooms smell is very bad as it seems the sanitary system may be faulty. This may be why they keep spraying freshners which makes it even worse for allergic people. And when I asked to change the room Abdulrahman said he doesn't have vacant rooms although another guest came later and was given choice of rooms

The Aluya Hotel is situated in the Al Hamra area of Jeddah and a perfect position for getting around both in a taxi or walking. The location is very close to Palestine Street which is full of shops, cafes and restaurants and leads to the middle corniche. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed. There was a beautiful aroma in the air and the entrance way and ground floor area well presented. I have to say that a stand out for me about this hotel is definitely the staff. They are all delightful, welcoming and eager to make your stay the best it can be. I would like to thank all the staff but in particular Naif, Nadia, Samar and Ahmed Bin Afif (the owner). They are clearly all working hard to make this hotel the best it can be. The facilities of the hotel are superb. I reserved a deluxe king room and on arrival for one night I was upgraded to the executive suite. What a wonderful treat that was. The hotel thoughtfully provides all the traveller may need. There are nice toiletries, a hairdryer, tea/coffee and water, good air conditioning, entertainment and if required an iron on request. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable and I was afforded a nice view from the room. My room was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was served on the 6th floor. The choice was very good. They have traditional breakfast items and then also continental breakfast items. There is plenty of tea and coffee and juice to accompany the breakfast and the restaurant is really pleasant and provides a fantastic view. They also encourage guests to visit this area of the hotel at other times of the day to enjoy tea or coffee. While I was there I was served Saudi Arabian coffee by Hamid. He took the time to explain to me how the coffee was made and it tasted delicious. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a hotel in a great area, with really nice facilities, at a very reasonable price and that is staffed by wonderful people, look no further than The Aluya.

It was a very nice day for the rest and the quiet hotel was a great cool, and I'm always going down in it, and the breakfasts are delicious and the rooms are great and very clean, and the hotel is quiet near the sea, the fountain of grandmother and Palestine Street, the walk, and there are also a lot of nearby restaurants and very wonderful restaurants.
