It was a very good stay the hotel gives a 4 stars feeling the staff on the reception are so professional and helpful room size is really huge but the lights are not divided very well also the electric points are not near to the bed, but in general the hotel is very good and clean and calm, i can suggest it for a business visits because the location is good but not enjoyable, Thank you

The receptionists were awesome
All of them unfortunately I do not remember their names the first Saudi lady and the 2 Egyptian gentlemen were really cooperative and willing to assist and were smiling

There was no hot water in the shower, the room key didn't work, and there were no amenities. I don't think I'll use it again, and I won't recommend it to any of my friends.
