룸 컨디션이 4성으로 생각하긴 힘들지만 나름 널찍하고 시내에 있고 1층 편의점 있어서 위치는 괜찮음.
2층 사우나와 피트니스 좋고 입장료 만원+ 세신 35000원 요거를 받으면 정말 좋음.

너무 깔끔하고 좋은 호텔. 가격대비 너무 좋아요. 체크인하시면 12000원에 조식을 먹을 수 엤는 쿠폰을 주는데 조식도 한식 양식 둘 다 너무 잘나오고, 3박동안 매일 청소도 해주셨습니다. 가족들도 너무 만족했어요

1. 칭찬- 먼저 프론트 박초인 주임님을 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 출장으로 아스타를 자주 이용하는데 전반적으로 직원분들이 친절하지만 특히 박초인 주임님은 늘 웃는 얼굴로 고객의 소리에 귀기울이고자 노력을 많이 하시는 듯합니다.
2. 개선점- 타 호텔은 베개 속을 구스를 사용해서 불편함이 없는데 여긴 폴리솜을 사용해 너무 높아서 개선이 필요할 듯합니다. 최근에는 청소상태가 점점 불량해져 전화, 테이블에 머리카락이 많이 보이고 냉장고 내부도 지저분하던데 4성급 호텔에 준하는 청소상태를 유지하시면 좋을 듯합니다.
