It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

We stayed in a standard twin room for 3 nights. The sink was spacious and the water area was clean, and the room had enough room to spread out two suitcases. I was also happy that there was a lot of storage space. There are also quite a few power outlets. However, I was worried that I didn't know how to operate the TV and could only see one channel lol. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and everyone served customers courteously. I think the location is very convenient as there are many food restaurants in the area and there is an e-mart within a 10 minute walk. Please note that this e-mart or the nearby Lotte Hotel are the only machines available to charge your WOWPass in Jeju City!

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Upon entering, the concierge was attentive and provided the necessary service and guidance. The lobby was splendid and looks to be a grand hotel in its early days. It looks real good now and didn’t regret booking it. The room is a little aged but has the necessary amenities. But basically everything is charged so pay attention to amenities in the room for what is free and what you have to additionally pay. We had the balcony room which faces the sea. Love it to relax and got some good videos of the airplanes leaving Jeju airport. Though you can hear the planes from the room, it wasn’t noisy and quite soothing. Then again, I was totally tired and slept like a baby. Would totally recommend the hotel but don’t expect much. Location is easy to walk to the market, about a good 15mins walk.

Hotel is rather rigid with check-in time. Strictly 3pm, not even 10mins earlier. The sound barrier is bad - could hear thunder footsteps and shifting of furniture from above every night, and people talking as they walk past the rooms. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh bedsheets was changed throughout. Overall stay was okay. Nothing spectacular to compliment about, but I’ll choose to stay in another hotel next time.

1. Most staff are friendly but have staff who provide really ridiculous service (?). I stayed for three nights with a car, and I handled my work during the day, and I parked my car in the same place, and I saw the sticker attached to the car, and I called the company and said I left the car. (After returning to business trip, it was hugely broken ... Was I surprised at Jeju Island ... ) Even the car had a contact number, and I also filled in the car number at check-in, but I called the company to find my contact number, Call the hotel room and ask what to do if you leave the car, and I find out the contact difficult, and I call the room like I did a great thing, and I go to the front desk and ask, and the lack of the hotel system is You don't know and you're loudly squealing that you're not doing anything wrong...I've been eating hotel rice for 10 years, and I'm a doctor of hotel management, so I just throw my keys out...2. You have to walk about 10 minutes to go to the convenience store around, but there is a small supermarket in the lobby 3. If you have a car, it is convenient because it is close to the airport, but the sound of the plane takeoff and landing is very bad. 4. Room condition is not bad, but bed is painful with back 5. Not bad if you think about breakfast or toast 6. The facilities are a price-to-value decision, and the sea view is quite good. It's a good hotel if you sting that staff ... The rest of the staff were all friendly (I don't know if I'm the boss's son, but it's good to have education or to have it)

Two reasons why we chose to stay at this hotel: (1) they offered complimentary airport transfers, and (2) we were travelling with two bicycles and it being a big hotel, we were hoping that we could keep our bike boxes there for a few days while we were cycling around Jeju. Before we checked out of the hotel, we inquired and were told that it’d be okay for us to leave the two boxes with them for safekeeping. However, upon our return to the hotel, no-one knew about the boxes. When we asked the staff to check with the manager on duty on the day we checked in, we were then told that the boxes had been thrown away. This was extremely disappointing. There was a halfhearted apology, no explanations were given, and no attempts to resolve the situation. Needless to say, we decided to stay somewhere else. The hotel itself was ok. The complimentary airport transfers was good; it was close to the airport but no much around in the hotel vicinity. We paid 15,000 KRW each for breakfast but it was not worth it; I would rather spend a fraction of that and get a coffee and a sandwich from a convenience store.

It was a place I went with really no expectations, so I could be more satisfied. I stayed for one night on August 15th, during peak vacation season, but the reason I decided to stay here was because it was close to the airport, and I was looking for a quiet place away from the city center. It is a surrounding environment where you can fully enjoy the wind of Jeju Island and the sea leading to Olle Trail 17. Rooms at this resort have spacious jacuzzi tubs so you can spend time in the water with the view from the room. The bed sheets were clean and there was no smell. Towels were also plentiful. Convenience stores and places to eat were outside, so it was a bit disappointing It was also very nice to go out for a walk while looking at the sea. We packed sashimi and stewed fish from the surrounding area and ate together.

The hotel and resort are separate, but it was uncomfortable to check in at the resort. The rooms were spacious and tidy, but the interior felt a bit old and the rooms I stayed in were broken by some toilet doors. There was another extra toilet paper in the bathroom, but it was old and the color was faded. The toilet paper was pink, so I couldn't use it. It's equipped with a microwave and the location is about 10 minutes drive from downtown. You have to take the town bus, and it takes a long time. It was the cleanest and spaciousest low-cost hotel I've ever been to.

The facilities were very good. The location was good and the bathroom was clean. But I did it because I smelled like a person on the pad under the bedding. The most important thing is bedding...I would like to stay again if you change bedding next time with new ones. One more thing was that the towel was so smelly. Less dry smell...The towels were old and smelled of hanging. Two old ones, but if you improve, it will be a more successful business.

I went with three kids, and the basic setting was for 2 people. The location was convenient as it was close to the airport. There was no elevator, but the owner moved it so it was okay. I was feeling cold while sleeping, so I turned on the boiler, but it took a while for the temperature to rise. Because the airport was right behind me, there was a loud takeoff and landing sound. Perhaps because there were fewer takeoffs and landings around the time I fell asleep, I slept well until morning.

It’s not suitable for people to live together, it can be clean, but it’s simple and not romantic hahaha. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the dragon head, and within 2 minutes to the beach and the beach. I think working people or just family members can do it. Cheap.

Nice clean room with ocean view, queen bed for 2. No space for extra bed. Convenient store CU at L1, short walk to eateries around the hotel. Check out the Shoulder rack & lobster for nice cheese lobster. Easy to get a taxi via Kakao T app at 5am to airport.

I can't hear the soundproofing of the TV sound in the next room. The second day, the hotel room, a non-smoking area, was so full of cigarettes that there was an unpleasant point. I don't smoke both my wife and I. I was suspicious and tried to give you an inquiry call, but I just stayed for reference😭 It's 15 minutes drive from the airport. It's a point to wake up in the morning and open the curtains and see the sea view! Starbucks is on the first floor, so you can simply fill your meals and buy morning coffee. I couldn't see the name of the wonderful sign 😓 but it was a good room to tie up with my wife for my first Jeju trip
