Comfortable, clean, but because it's on the side of the road it's a bit noisy.
Facilities are ok, there is hot water, just didn't get a toothbrush and toothpaste, towels were a bit late so showering was a bit late. It was a bit difficult to check in early because the police didn't pick up the phone call from the afternoon. Checking out was easy even though it was very early. Overall it's okay.

There is no bathroom mat, the TV is blurry, the hot water doesn't work even though it arrived in Jember in the evening, it's a long journey, stayed 2 nights, usually on the second day the room is cleaned, but not this. But the rooms are clean & the staff are friendly, strategic location
