I stayed almost 6 month at this hotel for work and felt 100 % at home , treated as family by the whole team . I have only fond memories of the place and its staff, with a special mention for the kitchen chef , Abid, and the head waiter, Khaled. The location of the hotel is spot on , central, but also very quiet. My room was perfect, as was internet, and the service. I would go back there without any hesitation.

We planned our trip to Israel for August 2024, prior to the October invasion. As the war escalated, we thought that a trip would not be wise and cancelled all of our bookings. Our thinking was that by giving the various accommodations earliest possible warning, it would place them in a better position to find alternative customers and we would be able to have our accommodation prepayments refunded especially since we were advising 10 months before the actual booking. Every hotel except this one refunded without question. The All-Seasons boutique hotel refused to refund us claiming that by next year everything will be resolved, and life would be back to normal. As much as I like their optimism, I am not sure that I share their perspective. In any event if everything has normalised, they will easily be able to rent the accommodation that we have cancelled. Very poor customer service and deserving of a single star at best.

It’s well located, brand new premises and the staff is superb. You fell at home. Maharan was always there to help and make our stay comfortable. Location is about 10 min away from old city but the upside is that its peaceful
