The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel.
