在平台的這家店感受到了非常糟糕的一次酒店住宿訂單，計劃在時間規定之前退房，因為一直聯繫不上酒店方取消，取消過了幾分鐘，然後酒店老闆就和平台一直推諉，在2個小時之後又説過了申述的半小時，但是之前我一直在聯繫的，並且對方回覆可以協商，讓我等一等，可能覺得我們是外地過來旅遊的，就想坑我們房費了，實際我們並沒有入住，房費也不退我們了，但是這樣做生意能長久嗎？大家在這個平台下單一定要看清小字，選擇這家店要慎重，畢竟生意誠為先。
