Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends.
