"The service here was top-notch. We did have a few problems though. The A/C doesn't allow you to go below 20C and there was no notice directing you not to do that. If you try to set the thermostat below, it just won't turn on. There was also a fake eyelash on the floor near the bed. Makes you question how clean the rest of the room is. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service helped compensate for the other shortfalls."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The price has come down quite a bit compared to a few years ago, which likely reflects the broader economic situation. It's spotlessly clean and a typical business hotel. Upon check-in, we received welcome drinks and coffee. Breakfast was satisfactory. Deliveries are handled by robots, which minimizes human contact. Right next door is Jianghai Plaza, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient. The hotel is also very close to the Thirty-Three Markets, a popular check-in spot. Its hype has died down a bit, and with the rainy weather, it wasn't too crowded. For two people, having breakfast included was quite a good deal. Beyond that, the hotel doesn't have many other amenities. It really depends on what you're looking for."

"We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to have late check out which I appreciated a lot. My grandpa loved the red tea provided for breakfast very much. One thing to improve would be having anti-slippery mat in the bathroom. All in all, my family had a great trip in this restaurant."

"I used to stay in Crowne Plaza Jiangmen last year and it was very good. Unfortunately last week was very disappointed. I was very surprised by the quality of the food. No more buffet dinner with western or Chinese food. Just a small hot pot. For the breakfast no western food accommodations. I had the feeling to stay in a local low standard hotel. On the top of that the air conditioning was interrupted in the middle of the night. And I realized in the early morning about 5am that they stop the air conditioning in all the hotel!? While it is now the summer time in south China."

"I chose this location because it was across from donghu park and closer to my grandfather. Make sure to book a renovated room! The cleaning staff and general manager were great. They helped me book a car service to the airport and cleared our diaper trash immediately when we called. Access: Our toddler ran around the huge park daily. It was easy to get a DiDi through WeChat. We had access to a grocery store and the city’s largest book store across the street Restaurant: Meals at the restaurant downstairs had a 10% discount for hosting private room family meals."

We extended our stay at flower season hotel for three extra days because there’s a typhoon that went through the area . In which we have an opportunity experience and witness how this hotel staffs and managers helping surrounding residents during typhoon , we feel the deep rooted community involvement , A business that care ! Regardless your trips is for business or for pleasure The Flowers Season Hotel is a great place to stay ! We will certainly be back to stay at Flowers Season Hotel Anytime in the near future."
