Five rooms were booked, one of which had a roaring air conditioner in the middle of the night and could not fall asleep. The door lock of one bathroom was damaged and might be locked. Other minor problems such as the noise of cars on the road downstairs, the voices of the next room, and the smell of smoke and mold are not mentioned for the time being. The probability of 2/5 rooms having major problems is worth thinking before booking. Service attitude: The hotel is extremely strict in verifying the identity of people and certificates. It is impossible to check in if you forget to bring your ID card or register less with your companions. The hotel has a rigorous style. If friends come to visit, they must also register. This may be the hotel's usual rigor or whether something has happened before, it is unknown. In short, the hotel's rigorous style deserves praise! I have reported the problem to the hotel. The hotel wrote down the number and said that the duty manager would call back at 4 o'clock that day. I waited for two days but no call came. I called the customer service and they said they forgot it. Charge items: Before entering the guest room to use items, you must check the price list clearly. The expensive mineral water at the bedside is not provided free of charge. After checking in, please look at each item you need to use with a detective look and the price list. It is safer to use them one by one. Note 1. Because the hotel did not provide a standard and complete guest room (the air conditioner was loud and the bathroom would be locked), I applied for a waiver of a bottle of 6 yuan and a towel of 15 yuan, a total of 21 yuan, which was consumed because I did not take a detective look. We wanted to use the 21 yuan exempted from our consumption in exchange for our tolerance of the hotel. Later, the hotel did not need our tolerance. Note 2. The sound of the air conditioner was discovered at 3 o'clock in the morning, and the bathroom was discovered after checking in and locking. The hotel looked righteous as if our arrival caused problems in the guest room and just said to change the room, completely ignoring the fact that the hotel failed to provide a standard and complete guest room and caused us to bear our additional costs during the room change.

Small room, large bathroom

On average, I stay here 7 to 8 times a month. The air conditioning is poor and the wifi quality is poor. I don't say anything, just for convenience. But I got really angry today. The TV in room 8506 failed to cast the screen many times, so I planned to change rooms. I had to change rooms before because the air conditioner in one room was not very good, and I was only charged 20 yuan difference in room change price. Didn't say anything. But this time, I asked that I couldn’t change my room even if I had a TV. A woman at the front desk asked me to pay for the cleaning fee of 68 yuan. Finally, she said that it would be 30 yuan. I planned to ask the supervisor about the situation. In the end, I didn’t even dare to give the supervisor’s phone number. I said to call him. When I made a complaint, she asked me to call at will. That’s not how business works. Not to mention that I come here an average of 7-8 times a month. Even for new customers, we can’t deceive consumers like this.

I have never seen such a dirty hotel. It must have not been cleaned since the 80s. The sofa was so dirty that no one would pick it up if it was thrown on the street. It was so bad that I couldn't describe it in words. The noise was also top notch. I couldn't sleep all night.

The room is dirty, there are cockroaches, no sound insulation, and there are always people talking loudly in the middle of the night.
