設施：配套齊全，大床房雙人入住會有些小，標間面積大，兩人或家庭推薦標間。
環境：新裝修的，都比較新
服務：位置也很好找，就是古鎮裏。不在主幹道上，相對要安靜一些。老闆娘很熱情，才辦入住就把自己做的旅遊攻略、吃食都發了很不錯。推薦入住。

旅行找酒店，每個人都有自己的心得，我的要求是：乾淨、衞生、安全，在建水古城，我得到了滿足。這就是燕紫屋精品客棧。燕紫屋客棧去年裝修，今年開業，乾淨那是沒的説，就和家裡一樣，衞生更是放心，卧具清洗消毒都是專業的人幹專業的事，關鍵是新客房，住着打心裏感覺舒服。而且有嚴格的安全措施和制度，在這裏住着心裏踏實。還有一個就是酒店沒有的，就是客棧有一種家的感覺，無論遇到什麼困難，都能得到老闆一家人的熱心相助，時間久了，會有一種暖暖的温馨，一種從心裏湧動的愉悦。

超高性價比的客棧，這個年代這個價格，乾淨安全沒得説，老闆還無比熱情！客棧衹有五個房間，不會像大酒店那樣亂糟糟，免費體驗拉胚、喝茶、嗑瓜子聊天。老闆家還有熱情的小女孩和可愛的小男孩。位置在古城裡，卻又在很安靜的巷子裏，離文廟、味道臨安都非常近！下次去建水還會再次光臨！
