整體來說，未達標，酒店開業三年，看似十三年，服務水平質素有待提高，早餐質量極其差極，清潔服務看來需要提高訓練，毛巾又硬又殘又黃，糟糕透了，酒店真的要加强改善。 櫃檯服務員尚算可以。
