Every time I go out, I have certain requirements for accommodation. After comparing for a long time, I found this hotel. The B&B is very stylish, and I feel that a lot of thought has been put into the design and selection of supplies. The environmental facilities are also very good, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The key point is that the lady at the front desk is very nice. Although it is the peak tourist season, she took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. Knowing that we had to catch the bus early in the morning, she also specially prepared breakfast for us in advance. It was a very good stay experience. Highly recommended! I didn’t take any photos, but the photos of the rooms in the B&B are very realistic.

I stayed in a parent-child room. The room has a good view, spacious and bright. It may be a problem with the shooting angle. The parent-child room is not very big in the photo. Check-in is fast, I am the train at 8 o’clock in the morning, I made an appointment to pick up the station, the boss is very nice, let us check in before the check-in time, and at the same time send us to the place we want to go, (even though I only stayed for one night, But I took us to where we wanted to go for two days) The little sister at the front desk will not change her attitude due to check-out, and it’s okay to store things. It's really great. It's peak season now, and the service is better than the 1,000-plus rooms I used to live in. Relatives and friends came back in August, and I recommend this accommodation first (towels, sheets, and duvet covers are all new).

Located in the scenic area of Guancheng, the environment is good. Make no mistake, the difference between Guancheng and Guancheng is two scenic spots. You can order takeout, write the address yourself, and the guy will deliver it directly to your room. The room is quite large, but the service is basically non-existent. The environment is generally hygienic and the equipment is average. There is no hand sanitizer or towels in the bathroom sink. There is a small courtyard in the room, but it has not been taken care of for a long time. It provides an opportunity for my son to watch ants move food. Overall it's okay.

Although the room is small, it is clean and hygienic. The service staff are very friendly. There is a free pick-up service, fruits every day, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. People who sleep lightly should not choose this room type.

The cleanliness of this room was below average compared to other Chinese hotels in similar price range..there were even quite a couple of hair on the ground. The friendliness of the staff was great and I felt welcome. Location is good, just in the heart of the city. Overall decent hotel for a decent price but please clean more properly.

The hotel is good and can accommodate tour groups. The room is equipped with a computer. It was said that there was a welcome fruit plate, but what I saw were snacks (not bad). However, there were too many people in the tour group, the breakfast was noisy, the dishes were robbed when we arrived late, and many people were wasting food. It was really not easy for the hotel. The parking lot in front of the door is large.

Iian_smashThe hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. Plenty of shops and convenient stores around. Though we only ate at the restaurant (L3) located in the same building as the hotel which is very handy. Food was delicious. Breakfast is ok. Just a quick bite to keep you going. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Did an overnight stay as that is sufficient enough for visiting the sights. Would recommend this hotel.

TTrNguyenThere are many restaurants around and the bus stop is a short walk. Easy to catch a taxi. Staff is helpful despite our language barriers, we managed to communicate with translator apps. Hostel is relatively clean but can be improved and more organized. For example, the faucets and mirrors need to be cleaned more thoroughly. There aren’t toilet tissues.

GGuest UserDuring the National Day holiday, I took advantage of the children's holiday and the weather was not hot and chose to travel to Gansu-Dunhuang-Jiayuguan. When traveling from Dunhuang to Jiayuguan, I stayed at Starway Hotel. Because it is a chain, I want to guarantee the quality. After checking in, the room was clean and the front desk service was good. It was very good. There were small red flags and snacks for children. It was during the National Day and the children were very happy to have them. There was mineral water on the tea bar and I took a lot of them when I left.

JJessicaFirst let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

When I checked in at the front desk, the front desk staff saw that I had a child and upgraded me to a room for free. The layout of the room was perfect, elegant, elegant, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Every employee in the hotel is very welcoming and the front desk brought hot milk for sleep at night🥛. The room attendant may clean up in a hurry. There are stains on the bed, and I feel a little unhappy. In particular, I criticized the room attendant for not working well. The front desk was very warm and apologized immediately and replaced the upgraded room. The heating in the room was too cool, but the house hardware was a bit old.
