The service at this hotel was warm and attentive, making me feel at home. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, giving me a wonderful sleeping experience. The hotel's strategic location and convenient transportation make traveling very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and advanced equipment, which met all my needs. The breakfast was rich, varied and delicious, which kept me energized every day. The hotel staff are friendly. Huo Wanting, Qiu Yuqi, Yang Luoyi and Zhou Shibo provide excellent service and make me feel very warm.

I have been to Qingshan Apartment twice, this one is pretty good, clean and tidy. When you enter, you can still smell a faint fragrance. The decoration is in the style of Japanese tatami mats, and the whole space looks very large. The room I live in has a washing machine and a refrigerator. After skiing, it is very convenient to simply wash off the quick-drying clothes and socks. I no longer have to lug a box of dirty clothes home every time 😏 There is also a projector, so I can watch movies at night, it feels great Overall praise. It hit the pre-holiday staggered discount price again, double the praise! ! !

First thing - the service is awesome! Super friendly and so happy to help accommodate any requests such as transport, rentals etc. The cleaning ladies, the driver and the lady who organised everything through wechat were awesome 👍 Accommodation is modern, clean and very comfortable. We slept 5 guys in the villa with no issues and we all loved it! 24hr mini shop next door and a little cafe with really friendly people for your morning coffee before hitting the slopes. 7am - 10pm free transport around the resort, just drop them a wechat message. 2 minutes shuttle to the slopes. I cant rate it any higher - for the money, this place is top notch!

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

The room was okay, quite satisfactory. There was a slight musty smell in the corridor and the elevator. It may be due to the recent rainy and humid weather. It is recommended to add some aromatherapy. The breakfast type is not bad, and there is a rich variety among hotels in the same price range. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the service is attentive. The children had a happy stay. Moreover, the hotel price in Jilin City can only be said to be very cost-effective and will not be affected by the summer at all. Comparing the services and facilities based on the price, it is definitely a great value.

This is a very cost-effective hotel. The bedding is very comfortable, and the location is good. There are supermarkets and it is easy to get a taxi. There are parking spaces on the roadside, but there are not many vacancies after staying for two days. Maybe the roadside space is a bit tight. Fortunately, I didn't rent a car. It is very close to Jiangbin Park, where there are rime and ice and snow parks, which are fun. Go to Wanlu Yinsi to see rime, and walk along the Songhua River. It's so beautiful. It's best to stay here when you come to Jilin to see rime.

I love this place. The breakfast is amazing and the window views are stunning. There is a nice little convenience store in the alley next to the hotel where you can get snacks and drinks. There is a department store and eating district not too far from the hotel. Only about 10-15 minutes walking behind the hotel. There is Korean bbq and hot pot. In the hotel is a great hot pot restaurant as well. A little pricey, but you are eating at the hotel, and it is delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. English is not always readily available. But the staff will always try to maintain good communication.

When I go out to stay in a hotel, what I pay most attention to is new facilities, clean and odorless. It is very comfortable to live in, and the breakfast is also very good. I booked this hotel through the official website of Ctrip (the Ctrip platform is very convenient and the service is also very good). Judging from the qualifications of the hotel and the facilities and scale marked, I think it should be one of the top 5 or even top 3 hotels in Jilin City, and the hotel has non-smoking floors and non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in smelled of smoke (the staff said that it had been smoke-free), and the air conditioner stopped cooling in the middle of the night. The most frustrating thing was that the public places such as the gym for exercise had a stronger smell of smoke (including the corridor on the 3rd floor where the gym was located). The working attitude and quality of the front desk staff were very good; 4- and 5-star hotels allow smoking in rooms on non-smoking floors and public fitness areas. This was the worst experience of this stay and it was very regrettable.
