We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

First thing - the service is awesome! Super friendly and so happy to help accommodate any requests such as transport, rentals etc. The cleaning ladies, the driver and the lady who organised everything through wechat were awesome 👍 Accommodation is modern, clean and very comfortable. We slept 5 guys in the villa with no issues and we all loved it! 24hr mini shop next door and a little cafe with really friendly people for your morning coffee before hitting the slopes. 7am - 10pm free transport around the resort, just drop them a wechat message. 2 minutes shuttle to the slopes. I cant rate it any higher - for the money, this place is top notch!

The hotel place is very good to find the whole is very beautiful, the room is quite big and spacious, the environment is also very good, it is very convenient to send it directly outside, that is, I don’t know if the sheets and quilts I live in have been changed. We stayed here on New Years Eve for 1 night in the suite and were happy with our choice. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and the general layout of the rooms was nice in that the bathroom and bedroom were far apart. (The bathroom has a solid door and the shower is separated, which we always appreciate.) At first as foreigners we were told by the staff we couldn't stay there (even though they accepted our booking with our foreign passports), but the manager stepped in and was so helpful and apologetic. He could speak English and politely explained the situation, then spoke to the local police to sort everything out. He also gave us an ice bucket for our ice cream delivery later, and helped me to look for a pair of glasses I thought I left in the room after we left -- so friendly and professional! There's very little parking, but they have an attendant help fit everyone's cars in. Our only suggestions would be for the room set up: a couch would be much cozier in the living room area, or alternatively the TV should maybe go in the bedroom. A door or curtain for the bedroom could also help block out light. Overall a great stay though! And from a lot of searching on ctrip, seems like one of the nicest options in downtown!

A very poor stay experience. The check-in speed at the front desk was slow, and I often talked to other staff and waited for the guests there. The location of the room is more difficult to find. Slippers are not easy to find, they are placed in the drawer of the bedside table, speechless. A large multi-leg crawler appeared on the carpet in the room, which was very scary. TV cannot watch TV programs. The room arrangement was very unsatisfactory. Sleeping until the next morning, the sound of a huge exhaust fan and closing the window will be awakened. Afterwards, I heard the continuous sound of the cart upstairs. I asked the front desk to know that the banquet hall upstairs was impossible to sleep. After communication and coordination, I changed the room, but I was sleepy. The only thing worth recommending is that parking is convenient, and there is free parking downstairs.

The decoration style is very comfortable since entering the lobby. The separation of wet and dry toilets is really worthy of praise. Floor heating is particularly awesome! The water pressure in the shower is also high enough. I hope that the shower heads can be checked regularly, and the shower heads, one large and one small, are partially blocked. There is already a little water leaking at the junction of the small shower head.
