Hotel staff were very helpful. We had a staff member allocated to us for any questions. We are non-chinese speaking travellers and we communicated with the staff through WeChat which was very efficient with the auto translate function. We had RAIN who was responsive and helped us with a lot of questions. RAIN also provided great dinner recommendations as well as arranging transportation
Location is great, right next to the ski lifts and food hall
The Onsen (Soup) included in the package has amazing facilities. Inside the onsen thouguh the soup temperature did not feel hot enough
The food hall at the ski resort was very good as well, a great variety and value

MM5519****I randomly booked a B&B, and I was really pleasantly surprised. The owner is super nice, and the service ladies are also great and very friendly! The name of the room is also very interesting. The interior of the room is very clean, and the temperature of the big kang burned in the room is also very suitable. The boss not only gives away frozen pears and frozen persimmons, but also ice cream for free. Not only that, he also provides free transportation to the Rime Island Scenic Area. It is really great. Like! The food at the inn is also very delicious, and I can eat every meal here. The Ula hot pot and the stewed goose in the iron pot are both very delicious. The home-cooked taste is worth trying and the price is not expensive. The pickled cabbage dumplings also taste great! Before checking in, I talked to the boss on the phone and asked him the most convenient way to get to the inn. The boss repeatedly told him not to spend too much money. You can buy tickets directly at the passenger terminal next to Jilin Railway Station. It is cheap and safe! When we were about to arrive, the boss drove out to pick us up. In the morning, we pulled him together to watch the rime sunrise. We were very lucky and saw the 5-star rime, which was very beautiful! In the inn, you can also sing karaoke, play mahjong, etc. in the evening. The most unique dressing service, once you put on the big flower jacket, the atmosphere will be there in no time! MM2a0oij8e****I was truly impressed! It was a last-minute, spontaneous trip, and I only remembered to book a hotel late in the evening. I went with a recommendation from a Trip.com advisor, and this hotel is definitely high-end. Every room is a suite, and it even comes with a humidifier, which is a huge plus for someone like me from the south. The whole place is equipped with Xiaomi smart home devices, and even in the off-season, you won't find a speck of dust on the bottom of a glass – the attention to detail is just amazing. They also delivered breakfast in the morning, and to my surprise, there's even a gym! The experience was truly wonderful 👍

GGuest UserHappy Farm Inn is the best inn we have ever stayed in. First, it is very clean, the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and restaurant are very clean. On snowy days, the guests' shoes bring snow into the restaurant, the boss prepares shoes for the guests, and then wipes the mud and snow on the ground. The boss's mother, with a rag on the floor, wipe the floor without dead ends, the guests' shoes are cleaned up. The female boss treats people sincerely and kindly, telling us that the amount of dishes is moderate, the vegetables are not easy to come, and the rest is a waste of resources. Breakfast is particularly good! 10 yuan, steamed buns, flower rolls, buns (two fillings) main rice noodles, rice porridge, eggs, four kinds of side dishes, the factory is not measured. Free to send guests to the attractions on call. The restaurant and the living room are particularly warm, 25 degrees below the outdoor, 26 degrees indoor. The guests and departure are arranged very safely, so that the guests can rest assured and go happily.

AAlf PouTheir place is well kept. The room is clean and cosy; we slept very well. Hot bathing water works well too, just follow the instructions given.
Owners are super nice and friendly. Anything you request for, the son will say yes to it, amazing!
Aunty Tian's culinary and vegetables preserving skills are so impressive. Too bad she does not sell. We love her Manchurian hotpot soup better than the famous one in the town which was way too salty and expensive. Her 锅包肉is fantastic too! You should book a few hours in advance.
Their location is less than a 5 minutes walk to the pier for the boat to Wusong Island. Highly recommended to stay and dine here if you are planning to catch the smog in Wusong Island. We regretted only planning 2 nights here; we will surely return again, for Aunty Tian!

AAnonymous UserThe room featured a chic, light luxury style. It was spacious and impeccably clean, with plush bedding that ensured a truly refreshing sleep. The bathroom had a convenient wet-dry separation, and the attention to detail throughout was excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in was both swift and thoughtful, and they even proactively upgraded my room type.
The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast at Xijiangyue Restaurant offered an extensive selection, including Chinese pastries, hot dishes, and various congees. The Chaoshan cuisine at Wanyuege Chinese Restaurant was incredibly authentic. Furthermore, Pengdashi Hotpot not only provided stunning river views but also offered a two-person set menu with exceptional value for money.

FFengzecheng（xiujiazhong）Skiing here is super convenient – you can pretty much ski right out the door onto the slopes. The H-lift wasn't crowded, and the gradient was just right for practicing. Overall, the rooms were good. My only suggestion would be to have ski lockers on the ground floor, otherwise, all your gear takes up a lot of space in the room. A special shout-out to Wang Lei from the concierge team – he was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic with our luggage transfer. Highly recommend!

DDaexiaoedechaorenThe guesthouse is actually a family-run business in a village on Wusong Island, but the owners are quite professional and the place is very clean, which is very important. Although the rooms are simply furnished, each one is a heated kang (traditional heated bed), which is very warm. The breakfast is also plentiful, with eight kinds of pickled vegetables alone—some of which are homemade! There are also eggs, steamed buns, corn, sticky rice cakes, and corn porridge. The corn in the morning was so good I wanted to take two bags home! The formation of Wusong Island is very interesting. With the blessing of the five-star rime ice and the guidance of the owner, Mr. Xie, we truly saw textbook-perfect rime ice! Adults and children alike were amazed, especially my dad who had a great time with the kids. Apparently, the Wusong Island scenic area isn't as extensive as what the owner showed us. The owner took us to several spots where we could see the rime ice, all along the riverbank. The diversity outside the scenic area is definitely richer.
You can imagine it's on an island, very rustic, without any luxury hotels—exactly the kind of experience we wanted to give our children… The owners were incredibly warm and hospitable, showcasing the true hospitality of Northeasterners. What kind of amazing business would drive you around to find beautiful rime ice? What kind of amazing business would demonstrate such professional photography skills? What kind of amazing business would patiently explain where the best spots on Wusong Island are and when they're at their best? Only Lao Xie's! I haven't tried any other places, but Lao Xie's guesthouse made us feel right at home—like stepping out of the car and feeling right at home. We changed into slippers inside—the heating was wonderful! We arrived around 9 pm and hadn't eaten yet, but we had pre-booked a hot pot meal, and it was served as soon as we entered! The food was good and the price was reasonable. The main problem is that the village gets pitch black at night, and there's not much else to eat there. Finally, if you're driving, I suggest going during the day. Driving into the village at night is dangerous because there are no lights along the way, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Also, if you plan to see the sunrise during the day, be sure to dress warmly and wear gloves! I forgot mine, and my hands were practically frozen solid!

MM8634****Staying at this hotel with kids for a ski trip was absolutely perfect! The owner was so thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger room for free when they found out we were traveling as a family. The hotel is super close to the ski resort, which made going back and forth incredibly convenient, and the kids had a blast skiing. The room was clean, tidy, and warm, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner was also very welcoming and attentive – a five-star experience all around!
