Songhua Lake as a whole is a great ski resort. However I wish there would have been more services and support for non English speakers. Our kids didn’t want to take lessons or stay at the kids club because there weren’t any staff that can speak English. The Prince Hotel is a wonderful hotel though. Conveniently located. The ski in/out convenience was definitely a key benefit. The only drawback was the crowd during peak holidays. We will definitely come back but will avoid the Chinese holidays if we can.

We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a Superior River-view Queen Room at the World Trade Winning Hotel for seven nights. we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 10 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower and bath are pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to the concierge for baggage storage to restaurant. Over all, a very pleasant 7-day stay. Location is good for getting around by foot but to get a taxi can be a bit challenging as the location of the hotel is not convenient for taxi’s. The night before I left China, there was construction work going on outside the hotel, and the constant noise kept me awake all night, which was a terrible experience.

The overall environment and facilities are good. It is right in the park, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The service attitude is also very good. But I want to say that the breakfast 🍳 is too bad. There are few varieties, the styles are not complete, and the things can't keep up with the number of customers. I went there around 8 o'clock in the morning, and there was no seat, so I waited for a long time. When eating, there were no wontons, no milk, and the toaster was not convenient. The coffee was super bad. I have never had such a bad American coffee ☕️. It was only bitter and not fragrant at all. The stir-fry was the worst stir-fry I have ever eaten. For a hotel of more than 500 yuan, I didn't expect the breakfast to be so bad. This breakfast can be said to be at the same level as Hanting.

The hotel is luxurious and has a five-star style. The location is very good and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel roof design is very beautiful and I successfully checked in. The room area is also much larger than the ordinary one. It is very comfortable to live in, but the bathroom has a bit of smell. I hope it can be improved. I will choose this hotel again if I have the chance in the future.

Enthusiastic landlord: Here I want to greatly praise the landlord of Dongmei, and help us arrange various things since the reservation, pick-up/coach/daily feedback/radiation/buy hot springs, etc. Especially, on the last day, Leji was sad and my sister accidentally fell and fractured and went to Jilin to hospital.
