"To be honest, I can't rate the cleanliness! I stayed for three consecutive nights, and not a single day was the room cleaned by housekeeping staff, which surprised me! Even after I clearly communicated with the front desk that I needed room cleaning, they still didn't provide any service. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay!"

"We booked a 2 double beds room. The bed is good, but the heater is too old and noisy. So it was quite annoying and easily made us awake. The room's size for double size beda is not spacious, it is quite tight. Food Basics is located a couple of minutes walk. So, we can easily buy fruits, breads and some frozen fooda as the room alao has the microwave."
