我就不説房間衞生 大小 設施這幾塊了 就單單一個前台接待這一個就夠我吐槽的了 入住那一晚 我不小心把身份證落在前台（當晚不知情）第二天我去退房 然後就直奔高鐵站了 進站時發現身份證沒有了 我用臨時身份證先進去的 在車上給前台打電話 我説我是剛剛退房的xx房間的 有沒有一張身份證落在酒店了 他説有是XXX是嗎 我説是的 我問他是在前台還是在學校 他説是前台 我問她那為什麼我去退房的時候不給我呢 她説沒注意 你當然注意不到了 我退房的時候兩個小姑娘坐那化粧 給你房卡你連看都不看 後來我掛了電話 跟我朋友説 我朋友給前台打電話問我身份證該怎麼處理 前台説那你就寄快遞 這個不是我的問題 是你們的問題 首先我忘記拿走我的身份證確實是我的問題 但是你們身為服務行業不應該更細心一點嗎 你們從電腦上能看到入住人的訊息 在對應着身份證名字之後你們可以選擇送上樓去或者第二天仔細檢查退房的房號歸還身份證 我自己家裡就是開酒店的 我深知應該一切以顧客為重 真的很失望

前台愛答不理，因為前台處沒有電梯，得出去轉到樓後去找，前台讓自己去找，然後告訴退房時不要打擾她們睡覺。
