I came to Jingdezhen to visit the capital of ceramics on my own and chose to stay at this hotel for its central location. It had only recently opened and everything was very new and modern. The room was beautiful and spacious, and had heated flooring. I had an excellent stay. Only negative for me was the breakfast as I prefer a Western style of food in the morning.

The cleanliness is okay. The hotel is at a crossroads, which can be a bit noisy. When I came back at 1:30 in the afternoon, I found that the door could not be opened. I called the front desk and asked them to help open the door and pick up my luggage. After waiting for a long time, no one came. I took my room card and went down to find it. At the front desk, it turned out that it still couldn't be opened, so I had to ask the cleaning lady to help me open it. Because I saw that the facilities included a minibar when I booked it, but I didn't actually see it. I asked the front desk and she told me that the one I ordered was the most common high-end one. , the minibar only has two bottles of mineral water, which really made me laugh. If it is not equipped, please explain it properly. The third-party platform does not match the actual situation and needs to be improved.

I always stay at Atour wherever I go. This time I had a good stay. I received good night milk and a small gift bracelet before leaving. The service attitude is very good. And it’s convenient to go anywhere. The bedding is very good and highly recommended.

I experienced Atour for the first time in Chengdu in August. The bedding was really comfortable and the service was good. This time, maybe because of the National Day, it was still a bit unsatisfactory. First, there is no refrigerator or drinks. Second, the service is average, but the lady at the front desk took the initiative to help the elderly family connect to WiFi, which was quite satisfactory. Third, the breakfast was a bit chaotic. The chef at the noodle soup side was very busy, but everyone ordered verbally and there was no queue. So it's quite messy. However, the front desk service is good and quite welcoming.

The room cost 1,060 yuan. The elevator was too dirty as shown in the picture. The breakfast was very speechless. There were too few varieties and the restaurant was too small. After playing outside for more than half a month, I stayed in many Atour, Crystal Orange and the like. The last stop was the most disappointing. There were blue stains on the toilet that could be wiped off, used contact lenses on the sink, and floor. It's sticky like a sticky mouse board. The front desk said they would arrange for someone to come and check it out, but no one took care of it for five minutes. We returned to the first floor with our luggage. The solution was to upgrade us to a room. The upgrade was wonderful. The towels were also dirty. I didn’t want to bother, so I asked the aunt to change them. Two pieces. Because I went to bed late, there was no Do Not Disturb button in this house, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door. The next afternoon, I was still woken up by my aunt knocking on the door and told me not to hang the sign outside. Hang her up and she'll understand. Half an hour later, there was another knock on the door, asking if we needed cleaning. When we opened the door, we found that we had just communicated that cleaning was not required, but she had forgotten because there was no sign outside the door. The overall experience is very poor, the sound insulation is very poor, but the hygiene issues and unwarranted interruptions are the most disgusting. I have never stepped on Atour's Lei before. The main reason is that the whole store makes people uncomfortable.

The hotel has not been open for long, so the facilities are relatively new, and wireless charging, earplugs, and clotheslines are quite thoughtful.

It is in the city center, and you can choose not to live in the city. It is not far from the scenic spots. After returning home, I found that the hotel has a pottery experience room, but the hotel staff did not tell me, probably in the principle of saving costs and trouble. If you are not used to standing directly on the floor mat to bathe, it is recommended to bring your own bath slippers. The elderly at home are not used to standing directly on the bath mat to bathe. There is no disposable comb, bring your own, Didi taxi is not very convenient, self-driving is relatively much better, the hotel does not have its own parking lot, it feels inconvenient, and people who travel out are all big and small bags, which is expected before booking, but when I went to the hotel under the scorching sun, I still felt that it was too convenient to have my own parking lot. Jingdezhen is very beautiful and has a literary atmosphere. The Ceramic Museum must be visited, and the Imperial Kiln Museum is also very good, and it is very cool inside. The small yellow croaker kitchen across the hotel must be eaten, it is really delicious. The sculpture porcelain factory is also very good to visit, and each rice noodle is not bad. It is very important that the pillow and quilt cannot directly contact the skin, otherwise it will be very itchy... During the stay, I always used the towel I brought with me, maybe because I have allergic skin... Anyway, it is still okay overall. When I left, I was given water and a small gift.
