I recently took a short trip to Jining with my family and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (Innovation Valley branch) in the High-tech Zone. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a detailed review to praise it! For a family outing, this place is simply perfect, from its hardware facilities to its soft services. First, I have to highlight the excellent front desk service. From the moment we walked in, the staff displayed exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. During check-in, the young lady at the front desk was not only efficient but also incredibly thoughtful, taking into account our needs with a child. She proactively asked if we needed kids' toiletries and patiently explained the hotel's facilities and local sightseeing tips. This kind of meticulous care made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived, instantly washing away our travel fatigue. The hotel lobby design is also a major highlight, with a very stylish ambiance. It features Hilton Garden Inn's characteristic 'HUB' lobby design, which integrates gathering, leisure, and business functions. In the spacious and bright hall, there are not only comfortable seating areas but also a self-service beverage bar and a co-working space. After checking in, my family and I relaxed in the lobby for a bit, enjoyed some cold drinks, and our child played nearby. The entire space is both stylish and cozy, perfect for families to spend time in. Stepping into the room, the cleanliness was impeccable! The room was spacious, well-laid out, and spotlessly clean. Even the hidden corners were thoroughly cleaned, which made us feel incredibly at ease. The bedding was soft and comfortable; my child didn't want to get out of bed! It's worth noting that the sofa in the room could easily be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, perfectly accommodating our family of three. The attention to detail in the design was very thoughtful. Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! There was a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. From freshly ground coffee and waffles to steaming hot local specialties, it was nutritious and delicious. The kids enjoyed it, and the adults were satisfied, too. A hearty breakfast truly kick-started a day full of energy. In summary, our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jining Innovation Valley was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to all families traveling to Jining!

What makes me most satisfied is the health and environment, which must be said well. I really didn't have to pick it in terms of hygiene, which completely dispelled my concerns about going out to stay in the hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I felt very refreshing. The floor was clean and there was no dust and hair. The sheets and quilts were just changed at first glance, with a faint fragrance, no stains or smells; The bathroom is even more bright, the toilet, sink, shower area are all polished brightly, the mirror has no water stains, even the floor drain is cleaned very clean, there is no smell. See the details at the heart, even the remote control, door handles and these high-frequency contact places, feel sterile, and live particularly at ease. The environment is also very comfortable, the hotel lobby is decorated in a simple atmosphere, the lighting is soft and not dazzling, and it is very relaxing when waiting. The layout of the room is reasonable, it will not feel crowded, the windows are well lit, and the curtains feel very bright. The most rare thing is that the sound insulation effect is very good. Although it is facing the street, the noise outside is basically not heard at night, and I sleep very well. Although the surrounding area is not bustling, it is better than clean and it is very comfortable to walk downstairs. Overall, for this health and environment, it is worth coming again, the price is very high~

The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room. My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that. There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu.

Very satisfied. First of all, it is close to the highway exit, and there are many food and drinks around. Secondly, there is no need to worry about the baby falling in the tatami room. Then there is a bathtub, and free disposable bathtub covers are provided for the baby to take a bath. Finally, this breakfast is really worthy of praise, with a lot of varieties, very satisfied!

The bed in this hotel is so comfortable and soft! The projector is really big and easy to use, and the high ceiling in this room makes it feel very spacious and pleasant. The lady at the front desk was especially nice; I originally wanted to switch back to a lower-category room, but she upgraded me to an even better one instead! Highly recommend, I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay. It's a really high-class hotel.

The room is spacious and bright, with a modern and warm decoration style. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with complete amenities and a clean environment.

The hotel and rooms are superb, the price is very reasonable for such a high-end hotel environment, and the service is excellent! Very thoughtful! Perfect for business trips, family vacations, and corporate receptions! Cleanliness and environment are superb!

酒店的位置還是很不錯的，離着區政府不遠，交通比較方便，還可以説車牌號免費停車，周邊的購物餐飲也比較方便。 酒店的房間空間還可以，寢具是硬墊加乳膠，睡覺很舒服，衞生間雖然不是乾濕分離，但空間還是可以的，就是淋浴水流比較小。早餐比較豐富，味道也還不錯。
