Very old hotel. Looks like abandoned building. And everything is so scary. Dusty. Pool is so dirty and after swimming, my skin got allergy and itchy. The staff are so unhelpful, didn’t even know how to smile.

Value Point
The only good thing is the price, compared with the nearby hotel , I think. the location is also acceptable convenience. Over Head Link bridge towards R&F area and City Square/ CIQ.
Reconsider Point
Very old style hotel and lack of maintenance, the basin water tap is losen but still provide water. If you are a light sleep person and sensitive of sound , pls reconsider as the sound proof are poor.

Food of course good😍Wi-Fi need to buy ye ! Rm10 for one day..Then I tall her (counter receptions) can connect to television tak ? She buat muka annoying and bg respon yg tak baik from nada and reaction face..She name is Dania..Please improve your receptionist, I call from room pon tak angkat, iron pon tak disediakan dibilik..

Improvement of cleanliness. Improvement on the lift system for added security. Love it. Renovation ongoing and the knocking sound can be heard until 8 pm.
