The hotel needs a renovation and update with the interior. The room (Premier King) is very spacious but the space is not properly utilized. TV is very small. Wall scones are almost falling and sanitary wares are old. WiFi inside the room is okay. The aircon and mini bar fridge are old but still working very well. There were hairs in the bathroom when I checked in. For breakfast, the pancake (Jan 29th) and Apam Balik (Jan 30th) are very very delicious as well as the dimsum. The water melon however tastes like onion (Jan 30), I suspected it was the knife they use to cut the watermelon. The hotel has so much potential if renovated. I just noticed they are not observing safety as they are using the ledge in the corridors to make a temporary rack for towels and rugs while the housekeeping staffs are cleaning the rooms. These might fall on the atrium which might harm someone below.

The hotel is strategically located in the bustling areas in Johor Bahru City Centre, next to Komtar JBCC and opposite City Square (you can just cross the road to reach City Square). Don’t worry about being hungry as there are lots of food options available! We headed to Level 8 for check in and the process was smooth, front desk staff are all friendly and helpful, even extending our check out time to 1 pm so that we don’t have to rush our packing. The room looks posh and cosy, we didn’t get to visit the swimming pool and gym. The bed is comfortable and both soft and hard pillows are provided. The view from our hotel room is great too!
The tv channels are limited though, there are natgeo, AXN, Bloomsberg, Astro, BBC, CNA, etc. no netflix option available, but it’s alright.
On top of omelettes and other egg options, you get to choose soft boiled eggs and hard boiled eggs for breakfast too! Breakfast options are splendid!
It was a nice short getaway and we love to come again❤️

The room is very good, the surrounding environment is also good, the food court downstairs is not expensive, it's quite good. Especially Xiao Chen who received me was both considerate and professional, very good!

Musky smell in the entire building, dim lighting and pretty shady looking from the outside. Small room. Bedsheets weren’t very clean and some stains were visible. Toilet is bare minimum.

There is free parking which is good. Room and bed super clean. However needs a kettle, mini fridge to make it complete. Booked a room that stated it has window but they ran out of rooms thus got the one without windows which is really small. Really just need a kettle and mini fridge. Suitable for a night stay maybe. Hair dryer is almost as good as No hair dryer. This hotel has potential if the amenities are better. But overall a very clean place.

Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm .
Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road

LLindaHad a birthday surprise for our 2-year-old girl. Requested St Giles to help decorate the room, and they did a wonderful job. They even provided a birthday cake! Thank you! Overall, I am very satisfied, clean room, lovely view. The best part of the hotel is easy access to Mid Valley mall where there are lots of food, entertainment and much more!

EEsther ChiaHave stayed at Legoland previously at Kingdom room level 3 in June 2022 and glad that we get to stay at level 6 Adventure room this time. My girl was super excited to explore the room, unlock the hidden treasure and watch TV. Located next to Theme park, water park and Aquarium and can walk pass the aquarium to access a small mall with a number of eateries and BIG supermarket. Parking is complimentary for guest and breakfast food has good variety, though must be there early and on weekends there is allotted 45 min for eating breakfast (which they don't enforce if the restaurant is not too crowded). There is recycling bin in the room and water filter system connected to the sink for drinking water. Overall a nice getaway for a year end break before the new school term starts.

NNoelleTReally loved the cleanliness of the hotel room and the efficiency of the staff, and also the hotel is wheelchair accessible. The breakfast buffet was really good too, quite a wide spread of varieties to choose from as well. Will definitely go back again for any of my future stays in JB.

GGuest UserAs of now, my regular weekday hotel for short trip to JB. Location is unquestionable. Lots of restaurants, eateries, foods in vicinity n very near to hop to mid valley n Pelangi, if u have things to do there. All rooms are std 26sqm. Diff is in the bed size n toilet amenities/facilities. So for simple stay, deluxe twin/queen/king will suffice. No need premier category. Room rather spartan but sufficient to sleep in. Weekday rates are very inviting for retirees on budget. Weekends can be 30% or more. But rather evident hotel is aging tho good enough for simple stay. I like the fact lots activities outside hotel in the evening, which means it’s safe. If u want exclusivity n privacy, away from crowds, then this is not your cuppa.

Room suite are big and price are reasonable e most affordable ard that Prime Area.
Friendly staffs there.

Night time pop by the Magical Light Damcimg Fountain jus beside the hotel. Parks, Sand playgroundsare jus behind.
Hardrock cafe is like 10m.kin drive.

IIandao NgHotel room was clean and the amenities are available as what is indicated and advertised. There are many eateries nearby which are within walking distance. AEON bukit indah is just across the road and 24hrs Macdonalds is just next door.
